A Flexibility Allowance clause provides a contractual mechanism for accommodating changes or unforeseen circumstances during the execution of a project or agreement. Typically, it sets aside a specified budget, time, or scope buffer that can be used to address minor variations without requiring formal amendments to the contract. Flexibility Allowance. Employees will be paid a flexibility allowance of an additional $1.50 per hour.
Flexibility Allowance. The rate of pay specified in this Agreement consists of a base rate for each classification. Flexibility Allowance. Bidwill Trust Hospital appreciates and values the flexibility and willingness of employees who change shifts to ensure maximum efficiency, safe staffing and that we meet the needs of our customers. As such a flexibility allowance of $25.00 per shift is payable when employees are requested to work at the employers request for operational reasons as follows:
i. An employee working an additional shift with less than 24 hours notice
ii. An employee who does not know their start time within 24 hours
iii. An employee who works a changed shift with less than 24 hours notice Note that only one of the above payments will apply for any shift and this allowance does not apply to casual employees.
Flexibility Allowance which recognises the requirement to work beyond standard hours before normal commencement time or after normal finishing time, on a Monday to Friday basis, to complete work in hand or to undertake planned work consistent with the provisions of this Agreement regarding working reasonable additional hours. Work beyond standard hours includes work on minor plant shutdowns. The Flexibility
Flexibility Allowance. (a) Where the LASN Manager justifies to the Deputy Commissioner, State LASN Operations, a flexibility allowance of 23% of an employee’s base rate of pay will be paid to employees in Level 4 and 5 positions for performing ordinary hours flexibly to meet service delivery requirements.
(b) All employees to whom this clause 21.12 applies shall be entitled to the payment of a flexibility allowance for:
(i) pro rata for each hour taken as accrued time;
(ii) all long service leave taken; and
(iii) all annual leave taken or paid out on termination of employment.
(c) The flexibility allowance will not be payable on:
(i) long service leave that is cashed out or paid out on termination;
(ii) paid parental leave; and
(iii) alternate duties as part of a rehabilitation program or undertaken prior to parental leave.
Flexibility Allowance. MercyAscot appreciates and values the flexibility and willingness of employees who change shifts to ensure maximum efficiency, safe staffing and that we meet the needs of our customers. As such a flexibility allowance of $25.00 per shift is payable when employees are requested and work as follows;
Flexibility Allowance. A flexibility allowance of $30 per shift will be payable when: • An Employee works an additional shift with less than 24 hours’ notice. • Changes to start times of more than one hour notified within 24 hours of the shift commencing. • Shift changes with less than 24 hours’ notice. Only one of the above will be made for any shift. This allowance does not apply to casual Employees. A flexibility allowance of $50 per shift will be payable when any casual Employee rostered, or any part time Employee working additional shifts, has a shift cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice prior to the start of the shift. No other payments will apply.
Flexibility Allowance. Council shall afford Rangers the following flexibility allowance:
(A) An allowance for the workplace reform initiatives outlined in this Agreement for Rangers on band 2 level 2A. This rate is the allowance only • Entry $145.30 • Skill 1 $151.10 • Skill 2 $155.60 • Skill 3 $160.20
(B) An allowance for the workplace reform initiatives outlined in this Agreement for Team Leader Ranger on band 2 level 3A. This rate is the allowance only • Entry $173.80 • Skill 1 $180.80 • Skill 2 $186.20 • Skill 3 $191.80
(C) The allowance shall be in addition to Council’s Salary System and paid for in lieu of weekend penalty rates, shift allowances and on call allowances.
(D) The payment of allowances between Skill Step 1 and 3 in clause 11(a) and (b) is dependent upon satisfactory acquisition of skills in accordance Council’s Salary Skill Step progressional rules.
Flexibility Allowance. 66.1. At the discretion of the Employer, Employees under this Agreement may be tasked on projects or sites outside of ESSO maintenance.
66.2. Where the Employer undertakes work on-site that is traditionally undertaken by other contractors, in circumstances where a higher pay rate is paid by that other contractor to its employees under the
66.3. This is a wholly inclusive allowance absorbing and offsetting compensation for any and all payable entitlement differences under the alternate agreement.
Flexibility Allowance. 26.12.1 An eligible employee in approved Level 4 and 5 positions will be entitled to a flexibility allowance of 23% of the employee’s base rate of pay for performing ordinary hours of work flexibly. Such flexibility may require the employee to work ordinary hours over a 24-hour, 7 day a week span to meet service delivery requirements.
