FLEXIBILITY OF DUTIES. 7.1 Allens Estate Agents and the employees employed in sales and property management, recognize and acknowledge that they are employed in highly autonomous roles, which are performance based. As such, employees in consultation with their manager, are given discretion in the management of their day, save that primary consideration must always be given to the satisfactory completion of their duties by their position.
7.2 An employee may be directed to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the Employee’s skill and training. A change in duties will not be grounds for termination of the Employee’s employment.
7.3 Employees shall take all responsible steps to achieve quality, accuracy and completion of any reasonable job or task assigned to them.
FLEXIBILITY OF DUTIES.
14.1. Employees agree to willingly accept flexibility of jobs and duties throughout their employment and to take all reasonable steps to achieve quality, accuracy, efficiency and completion of any reasonable job or task assigned by the Employer that is within their skills and experience.
14.2. A reasonable alteration in duties incidental to the Employee's position to accommodate the Employer's business needs will not attract any extra payment, save where such a change results in the Employee working in accordance with a higher Job Classification, and will not be deemed to constitute termination of employment.

(c) Higher duties, employees engaged in higher duties will be paid the higher duties allowance in clause 20.3.
FLEXIBILITY OF DUTIES. There shall be no restrictions on the flexibility of employees within the department with respect to duties and functions as the area covers more than one publication and more than one duty. (Ref: Order No. C 48 of 1988)

(b) To use such tools and equipment as may be required from time to time.
13.2 You are expected to willingly accept flexibility of jobs and duties throughout your employment, and to take all reasonable steps to achieve quality, accuracy, efficiency and completion of any reasonable job or task assigned to you.
13.3 A reasonable change in duties to accommodate ▇▇▇▇▇ the Hirer's business needs will not attract any extra payment and will not be grounds for the termination of your employment.
FLEXIBILITY OF DUTIES. 9.1 You are expected to willingly accept flexibility of jobs and duties throughout your employment with Le Max Group, subject to your individual skills, competence and training to perform particular tasks.
9.2 You must take all reasonable steps to achieve quality, accuracy and completion of any reasonable job or task assigned to you.
9.3 A reasonable change in duties to accommodate Le Max Group's business needs will not attract any extra payment and will not be grounds for the termination of your employment.
FLEXIBILITY OF DUTIES. 16.1. Any job description provided to an Employee should be read as a general guide. Rain Bird may direct any Employee:
(a) to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the Employee's skill, competence and training; and
(b) to use such business tools or equipment as may be required, provided that the Employee has been properly trained in the use of such business tools and equipment.
16.2. Employees are expected to willingly accept flexibility of jobs and duties throughout their employment and to take all reasonable steps to achieve quality, accuracy, efficiency and completion of any reasonable job or task assigned by Rain Bird.
16.3. A reasonable change in duties to accommodate Rain Bird's business needs will not attract any extra payment and will not be grounds for the termination of employment.
