Floor Cleaning. In addition to regular vacuuming and mopping of floors, the Contractor shall periodically provide deep cleaning of floors to include scrubbing of carpets, floors, polished concrete. This service will be requested and scheduled by the District as needed (typically quarterly or semi-annually).
Floor Cleaning. Prior to hosing, floors to be cleaned must be swept or vacuumed, and wastebaskets and other movable objects removed. Floors are to be cleaned using a pressure hose, stiff scrub brush, and squeegee to remove all soil and non-permanent stains from the surface, and a disinfectant used to sanitize the cleaned floor. Floors must be rinsed with clean water after application of disinfectant detergent solution, followed by removal of water using a squeegee. After cleaning, the surface must have a uniform appearance, with no standing water, streaks, detergent residue, or evidence of soil, with no splash marks or streaks on walls, baseboards, etc. Wastebaskets and trash containers must be moved back in place.
Floor Cleaning. Dusting sweeping, cleaning, mopping in the kitchen, dining hall, washing areas, store rooms, staff rooms, toilets, canteen office rooms etc. in the above work areas on working days as well as all holidays.

Floor Cleaning. 1) First, sweep the floor.
2) Mop the floor with a hot soapy-water solution.
3) Mop the floor a second time with a fresh bucket of plain, hot water to clean up any excess soap.
4) Realign tables and chairs as needed.
Floor Cleaning. Carpet: vacuum all carpeted areas. Any additional cleaning, stain removal, carpet dye, repairs, odor treatment or damage will be charged to the Resident accordingly. If any other work is necessary in the rental space, Resident may be charged for an addi- tional steam cleaning.

RESIDENT, any members of Resident’s household, or a guest or other person under Resident’s control shall not engage in any il- legal activity, including drug-related illegal activity, on or near the Apartment. “Drug-related illegal activity” means the illegal manu- facture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with the intent to manufacture, sell distribute or use, of a controlled substance (as de- fined in Section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act [21 U.S.C. 802]).

a. Common areas: sweep and wet mop nightly, spray buff monthly, scrub and refinish bi-annually.
b. Tenant areas: dust mop and mop nightly, spray buff monthly, scrub and refinish bi-annually.
c. Restroom floors: power scrubbed monthly.
d. Scrub and clean door thresholds daily.
2. Concrete floors
a. Damp mop weekly and scrub quarterly.
b. Police building stairwells weekly and wet mop quarterly.
3. Wood Floors
a. Dust mop daily.
b. Spot damp mop for spillage daily.
4. Carpet Floors
a. Vacuum all walkways and common areas nightly and all remaining areas weekly.
b. Spot removal as required.

a. Common Building areas to be maintained on a monthly basis following marble/granite care instructions.
b. Tenant areas to be dust mopped nightly and damp mop spills/ spots cleaned as needed using clean clear water only.
Floor Cleaning. The Contractor shall perform the following on the hard surface floor coverings in public areas (such as tile):
14.1 Dust, spot mop, and spray buff each day.
14.2 Strip and refinish each quarter.
14.3 The Contractor shall perform the following on the hard surface floor coverings in office areas:
14.4 Dust mop and damp mop daily.
14.5 Spray buff weekly.
14.6 Scrub and refinish monthly.
14.7 Strip and refinish quarterly.
14.8 The Contractor shall perform the following in the interior lobby area:
14.9 Spray buff daily.
14.10 Strip and refinish quarterly with a non-slip finish approved by the Facility Manager.
14.11 The Contractor shall machine scrub all restroom floors monthly.
Floor Cleaning. The Contractor shall be responsible for the machine scrubbing of all ceramic and stone floors in Memorial Hall and the new residential dining facility at least two (2) times per year prior to the start of each academic semester.
