Form of Insurance Certificates. All policies shall be written in a form satisfactory to Landlord and shall be written by insurance companies licensed with a Best’s rating and Financial Size Category Rating of “A++” and authorized to do business in the state in which the Building is situated. Tenant shall furnish to Landlord, prior to Tenant’s entry into the Premises and thereafter within thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of each such policy (or renewal thereof), a certificate of insurance issued by the insurance carrier of each policy of insurance carried by Tenant pursuant hereto, together with a copy of the policy declaration page(s), certifying that such policy(ies) has been issued, provides coverage required by this Article 7 (including name of additional insured entities as required by this Article 7 and a statement that no deductible or self-insurance retention applies to such policy and upon request by Landlord, a copy of each such policy of insurance.

Said certificates shall expressly provide that such policies shall not be cancelable or subject to reduction of coverage below the minimum amounts required by this Lease or required by any lender having an interest in the Building or otherwise be subject to modification except after thirty (30) days prior written notice to the parties named as insured in Section 7.2.

Said certificates shall expressly provide that such policies shall not be cancelable or subject to reduction of coverage below the minimum amounts required by this Lease or required by any lender having an interest in the Building or otherwise be subject to modification except after thirty (30) days prior written notice to the parties named as insured in this Section 7.04. Any policies to be maintained by Tenant hereunder shall name Landlord and, if requested, Landlord’s mortgagee, as additional named insureds.

Said certificates shall expressly provide that such policies shall not be cancelable or subject to reduction of coverage or otherwise be subject to modification except after thirty (30) days prior written notice to Landlord and any designated mortgagee. Tenant may carry the insurance required hereunder under a blanket policy, provided such blanket policy allocates to the Premises coverage in amounts satisfactory to Landlord, and further provided that all other requirements for insurance set forth in this Article VIII are met by such blanket policy.
Form of Insurance Certificates. All insurance required under the provision of this Article shall contain a provision requiring thirty (30) days' advance notice to Lessor of any proposed cancellation or any material change in coverage. Certificates in respect to all such insurance shall be delivered to Lessor prior to commencement of any operations on the demised premises.

No policy of insurance shall be written such that the proceeds thereof will produce less than the minimum coverage required hereunder by reason of co-insurance provisions or otherwise.

  • Insurance Certificates Except for California workers’ compensation insurance, Contractor’s certificate of liability documentation shall include Form CG 20 10 11 85 or equivalent naming District as an additional insured on all insurance policies hereunder and shall furnish a thirty (30)-day written notice prior to coverage reduction or cancellation.   • Compliance Certificates The Company shall deliver to the Trustee, within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year during which any Securities of any series were outstanding, an officer’s certificate stating whether or not the signers know of any Event of Default that occurred during such fiscal year. Such certificate shall contain a certification from the principal executive officer, principal financial officer or principal accounting officer of the Company that a review has been conducted of the activities of the Company and the Company’s performance under this Indenture and that the Company has complied with all conditions and covenants under this Indenture. For purposes of this Section 13.12, such compliance shall be determined without regard to any period of grace or requirement of notice provided under this Indenture. If the officer of the Company signing such certificate has knowledge of such an Event of Default, the certificate shall describe any such Event of Default and its status.
