Future Work Programme Clause Samples

The Future Work Programme clause outlines the process for planning and agreeing on additional tasks or projects that may be undertaken after the initial scope of work is completed. Typically, this clause specifies how parties will propose, review, and approve new work, often requiring mutual agreement and possibly the creation of supplementary documents or amendments. Its core function is to provide a structured mechanism for expanding the contractual relationship in an organized manner, ensuring that any future work is clearly defined and agreed upon by all parties, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes about scope and obligations.
