Geographic Availability. OnSite Infrastructure Response and Dispatch is available to customers worldwide where Motorola servicers are present. Response times are based on the customer’s local time zone.

Geographic Availability. You acknowledge that due to the nature of the wireless internet service technology, your services may have some downtime, SCPHA reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without liability to you if SCPHA at any time is not able to provide, repair, or maintain SCPHA-WI Service to your premises; provided, however, that SCPHA shall refund any pre-paid charges for the SCPHA-WI Service that it terminates.
