Hard Hats. Hardhats meeting the requirements of OSHA 1926.100 shall be utilized and unaltered. Hardhats are required for all site personnel and must be worn at all times. Hardhats shall be properly worn at all times, with suspension and bills facing forward, without exception. For operations that require the use of a welding hood, the hardhat must have the suspension in the appropriate orientation according to the manufacturer (See Section 12 G.) Hardhats shall be inspected daily and replaced when defects are apparent. Hard Hats that contain offensive language and/or imagery shall not be worn. Such offenses shall include disciplinary action which may include immediate and permanent dismissal from this job site.

Hard Hats required for all construction work activities when outside of the protection of a vehicle. These include roadway work zones, in substations, on construction sites, in field work locations, when performing overhead hoisting operations and any time there is a potential hazard to the head. Exceptions would include operators positioned inside the cab of equipment. The hard hat shall be worn in the forward direction. Contractor employees are not permitted to wear Orange & Rockland Utilities hard hats. Hard hats must comply with ANSI Z89.1-2003 or latest version.

Hard Hats. The Employer shall provide and maintain all hard hats. Upon receiving a hard hat the Employee assumes the responsibility of seeing that he does not lose or intentionally render the hat unusable. Sweatbands will be replaced twice a year or upon presenting proof of a broken band. A hard hat that is broken or damaged will be replaced if turned in.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema.   • Access Management The Engineer shall coordinate and evaluate access management within the project limits in accordance with the latest State Access Management Manual or as directed by the State.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Virus Management DST shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within DST environment.
