Health and Safety Representative Allowance. 37.1 An employee who has recognised responsibilities as a Health and Safety Representative or a Health and Safety Co-ordinator will be paid an annual allowance, paid fortnightly of $583 (and $595 from 21 June 2012, $601 from 3 January 2013, and $613 from 20 June 2013).
