Holiday Differential. Effective the first full pay period in July of 2016, employees rendering service on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day shall receive a holiday differential of seventy-five cents ($0.75) for each hour worked in addition to any other applicable differentials.

Holiday Differential. 1. Employees whose normal hours of work fall, in whole or in part, on a holiday listed in subsection 3 of this Article, below, shall be entitled to receive, in addition to their base salary, a payment equivalent to 50 cents per hour for each hour of work performed on such a holiday. This payment shall be termed: "Holiday Differential." 2. For administrative purposes: a. Holiday Differential shall be paid on the basis of work performed, computed to the nearest 0.1 of an hour. b. Normal hours of work shall be as established under the HOURS OF WORK Provision of this Agreement. 3. Holiday Differential shall be paid only for work performed on the following holidays: a. New Year' s Day (January 1) b. Memorial Day (Last Monday in May) c. Independence Day (July 4) d. Labor Day (First Monday in September) e. Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November or the day appointed by the Governor of Wisconsin as a day of public thanksgiving in each year) f. The day after Thanksgiving g. Christmas Day (December 25) h. The last normal work-day before Christmas Day i. The last normal work-day before New Year' s Day j. Good Friday ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Day (Third Monday in January). Provided that: Whenever Independence Day (July 4) shall fall on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as a holiday; whenever New Year' s Day, Independence Day or Christmas Day shall fall on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as a holiday; and whenever New Year' s Day or Christmas shall fall on Saturday, the following Monday shall be observed as a holiday. 4. Employees performing work under the OVERTIME Provision of this Agreement shall not be entitled to Holiday Differential. 5. During the time period an employee is receiving Special Assignment Pay or Weekend Differential, he/she shall not be entitled to Holiday Differential. 6. Administration and control of the provisions of this Article shall be under the Fire Chief.
Holiday Differential. A nurse who works on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Labor Day, President’s Day, and Columbus Day shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2).
Holiday Differential. Employees who are required to work on the holidays designated below shall have their choice of receiving compensation for working said holiday in one of the following ways: OPTION A: At a rate of two (2) times his/her regular daily rate of pay (in accordance with Article 14, Section 4); or OPTION B: One (1) day pay at his/her regular rate in addition to one and one-half (1 ½ ) compensatory days off with pay, to be taken within 120 days following the holiday at a time approved by the CEO. This compensatory time cannot be converted to cash payment.
Holiday Differential. Effective January 1, 2000, employees rendering service on New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Ch ristmas Day shall receive a holiday differential of fifty cents ($0.50) for each hour worked in addition to any other applicable differentials.

  • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Night Differential An employee shall be paid a night differential, bi-weekly for hours worked between midnight and 7:00 a.m. at a rate of $3.00 per hour. Night differential worked during overtime will be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times $3.00 and on statutory holidays at two (2) times $3.00.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

  • Shift Differentials 18.1 Employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 1400 and 2159 hours shall receive a shift differential of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour, and employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour. Effective January 1, 2005, for employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of one dollar ($1) per hour. Overtime shall not be calculated on the shift differential nor shall the shift differential be paid for paid absence from duty such as vacations, general holidays, etc.
