Holiday Pay for Part-Time. Employees (a) Part-time employees will be paid one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for hours worked on a designated holiday. (b) Part-time employees shall be paid 4.6% percent of their gross pay on each paycheque, in lieu of named holiday pay.
