HOURS OF WORK AND PREMIUM PAY. A) Hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week, shall be paid for at one and one-half (1 ½ ) times the regular basic hourly rate for employees who work a schedule of five (5) days with eight (8) hours straight time assigned each day.
