HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING. 19.01 The following is intended to define the normal hours of work, but shall not be interpreted as a guarantee of hours of work per day or per week, or days of work per week.
(a) Employees are paid on the basis of a 35-hour work week;
b) The hours of work shall be a maximum of seven and one-half (7 ½) hours in a shift and seventy-five (75) hours in a bi-weekly pay period, exclusive of meal period.
(b) Authorized work performed in excess of seven and one-half (7 ½) hours in a shift or seventy-five (75) hours in a bi-weekly pay period will be counted as overtime work and will be paid for at the rate of time and one- half (1 ½) of the employee’s regular rate of pay.
(c) Employees shall be granted a one-half (½) hour unpaid lunch period for each Employee are set out shift of five (5) hours duration or more.
(d) The lunch period and breaks as follows: between September referred to in Article 19.01(c) and April (the “Academic Year”) the core hours of work are Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm; and during May and August Employees are scheduled to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm;
c) Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Employee’s hours of work 19.06 will be altered when they at times convenient to employees, providing operational requirements are being met, and shall not be interrupted except in cases of emergency.
(e) If an employee is required to stay for more than two (2) hours beyond their regularly scheduled to work weekend shift, for whatever reason, the Employer will provide a meal.
(f) There will be no pyramiding of overtime premiums, holiday pay premiums or benefits under any provisions in this Agreement.
(a) It is agreed that the normal shifts and are assigned to shall be on-call, as follows:
i) Employees will normally be scheduled The first shift of the day shall commence at 11:00 p.m. to work one weekend shift per month during the Academic Yearfinish at 7:00
a. m. (night shift);
ii) During a weekend The second shift shall commence at 7:00 a.m. and finish at 3:00 p.m. (day shift, Employees work Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm and are not scheduled to work the Monday and Tuesday immediately following;); and
iii) Employees scheduled The third shift shall commence at 3:00 p.m. and finish at 11:00 p.m. (evening shift). The parties recognize that there are existing shifts, including short shifts, that vary from the time set out above and that there may be requirement to change shifts or establish alternative shifts in the future. The Employer will not schedule employees to work more than five (5) consecutive days and at least two (2) consecutive days off shall be scheduled in each two (2) week pay period, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the employee. The Employer and the Union shall be notified of these arrangements in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act for the Province of Ontario.
19.03 Full-time employees may exchange working days and off days with other qualified employees providing that such requests are submitted in writing to the Employer not less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the time requested, and approved by the Employer in writing. It is understood that such exchange of shifts shall not be considered in the calculation of eligibility for, or payment of overtime premiums. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
19.04 The Employer shall post work schedules on a weekend shift shall receive a weekend premium pursuant four (4) week basis consistent with the pay periods at least two (2) weeks prior to Articles 20.28 and 20.29 the effective date of the Collective Agreement;schedule.
i) On19.05 Full-call hours time employees will be distributed as equally as possible amongst required to work no more than one (1) weekend without two (2) weekends off unless otherwise mutually agreed by all three (3) parties (employee, employer and the Employeesunion). HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING. a18.01 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a guarantee of daily or weekly hours or shifts.
18.02 Full-time and part-time employees will be scheduled according to a master schedule, as determined by the Employer, based on client or operational needs.
i. Full-time employees will be assigned visits during their designated shift schedule comprising of ten (10) eight (8)-hour shifts in each bi-weekly period.
ii. Part-time employees will be assigned visits during their designated shift schedule comprising of ten (10) five (5)-hour shifts in each bi-weekly period.
iii. Same day added visits shall be communicated by the Employer by e-mail and phone call.
iv. Employees may pick up additional visits/shifts offered to them outside of their designated shift schedule.
v. Employees may submit a request, in writing, for a different shift schedule with sixty (60) days’ notice to their Supervisor. The Supervisor will review and approve such requests subject to operational requirements and client needs.
18.03 Casual status will be maintained by a monthly submission of availability. Casual employees are paid on required to provide their availability in advance and be available and willing to work during the basis of a 35-hour work week;times indicated as available.
b) 18.04 The hours of work for each Employee are set out as follows: will consist of days, evenings, nights, and/or weekends and may vary between September three (3) and April thirteen (the “Academic Year”13) the core hours in duration per day, inclusive of a one-half (1/2) hour unpaid break after no more than five (5) hours of work continuous work.
18.05 Due to fluctuations in client volumes and in order to ensure that clients are Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm; properly serviced, the workload may vary and during May and August Employees are hours worked may exceed or be less than the scheduled to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm;
c) Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Employee’s hours of work will be altered when they are scheduled to work weekend shifts and are assigned to be on-call, as follows:
i) Employees will normally be scheduled to work one weekend shift per month during the Academic Year;
ii) During a weekend shift, Employees work Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm and are not scheduled to work the Monday and Tuesday immediately following;
iii) Employees scheduled to work on a weekend shift shall receive a weekend premium pursuant to Articles 20.28 and 20.29 of the Collective Agreement;
i) On-call hours will be distributed as equally as possible amongst the Employeeshours. During the Academic Year, each Employee will be assigned to be on-call for approximately one week in each nine-week period;

d) Employees will be paid for their actual hours worked based on the allotted visit times, inclusive of any associated administrative tasks for each visit.
18.06 The parties recognize that the client has the right to request a change in his or her support worker and the Employer is obligated to accommodate this request provided it is determined to be reasonable and appropriate.
18.07 All employees will be required to travel within the Municipality of Clarington to ensure that clients are properly serviced.
18.08 Employees are required to remain with shift clients for the duration of the entire shift and shall be paid for all hours from the commencement to the conclusion of the shift with no deduction for meal or other breaks.
18.09 Employees are required to validate their yearly schedule outlining completed visits/shifts in accordance with the Academic Year core hoursEmployer’s established processes, weekend shiftsas amended from time-to-time.
18.10 Employees are required to attend all mandatory training and scheduled staff meetings, and on-call shifts unless otherwise approved, in advance, by August 31st of each yearthe Supervisor. The schedule Exceptions may be subject made by the Supervisor in extenuating circumstances.
18.11 Where there is a change to change based on operational requirements. Notice of any such change(s) will Daylight Savings Time from Standard Time or vice versa, employees shall be provided to the Employees as soon as possible;paid for their actual hours worked.

HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING. 16.01 It is expressly understood and agreed that the provisions of this Article 18 are not a guarantee that work will be provided.
(a) The normal tour shall be composed of seven and one-half (7½) consecutive hours exclusive of an unpaid one-half (½) hour meal period.
(b) Where employees are working a longer daily tour, the provisions set out in this Article governing the regular hours of work on a daily tour shall be adjusted accordingly. The normal daily extended tour shall be 11.25 consecutive hours in any 24-hour period, exclusive of a total of forty-five (45) minutes of unpaid meal time. Employees shall be entitled, subject to the exigencies of resident care, to relief periods during the tour of a total of forty-five (45) minutes. Where the Union and the Employer agree to an extended daily tour that differs from the normal daily extended tour, the provisions set out in this agreement shall be adjusted accordingly in local scheduling language.
16.03 An unpaid meal time of one-half (½) hours shall be scheduled away from the floor during a nurse's tour. In the event that a meal period is interrupted requiring a nurse to attend to a work related program, then the balance of the unused meal period will be taken within two (2) hours of the interruption. If the nurse is unable to reschedule such time, she shall be paid time and one half (1½) her regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of her normal daily hours, in accordance with Article 16.06.
16.04 A rest period of fifteen (15) minutes will be granted during each half of a normal tour as defined in Article 18.02 herein. Nurses shall not be permitted to combine together their rest periods or their rest periods with the meal time period.
(a) Work schedules shall cover a four (4) week period and shall be posted prior to the expiry of the immediately preceding four (4) week period.
(b) Nurses shall be entitled to receive every second weekend off. If a nurse is required to work a second consecutive and subsequent weekend, she will receive premium payment of time and a half (1½) for all hours worked on that weekend and subsequent weekends until a weekend is scheduled off save and except where:
i) Such weekend has been worked by a nurse to satisfy specific days off requested by such nurse; or
ii) Such nurse requested weekend work; or
iii) Such weekend is worked as a result of exchange of tours with another nurse.
(c) Nurses shall receive three (3) or more consecutive days off at Christmas including Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day or at New Year's, including New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
(d) Requests for change in posted work schedules must be submitted in writing and co-signed by the employee willing to exchange days off or shifts and are paid subject to the discretion of the Administrator or her designate. In any event, it is understood that such a change initiated by the employee and approved by the Home shall not result in overtime compensation or payment or any other claims on the home by any employee under the terms of this Agreement.
(e) There will be an interval of not less than fifteen and one-half (15 ½) hours off between scheduled shifts unless the employee specifically requests otherwise, provided that this would not apply to daylight savings
(f) Where there is a violation of the scheduling provisions (if any) pertaining to consecutive days of work or time off between shifts, the Home will pay the employee premium pay of one and one-half (1 ½) times her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked for the following tour of duty.
(g) Full-time employees will not be scheduled to rotate over more than two different shifts during a week.
(h) The Home will continue to schedule nurses in accordance with their stated availability and on the basis of a 35-hour work week;
b) The hours of work for each Employee are set out as follows: between September and April (the “Academic Year”) the core hours of work are Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm; and during May and August Employees are seniority. A junior nurse shall not be scheduled to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm;a tour in a scheduling period where it would give such nurse more tours over the scheduling period than a senior nurse who has indicated she is available for that tour.
c) Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Employee’s hours of work will 16.06 Overtime rates shall be altered when they are scheduled to work weekend shifts and are assigned to be on-call, paid as follows:
i(a) Employees will normally Work in excess of seven point five (7.5) hours in a standard day or 75 hours in a bi-weekly period shall be scheduled compensated at the rate of time and one half (1½) the nurse's regular straight time hourly rate.
(b) A nurse shall be paid double her regular straight time rate for all work performed in excess of seven and one-half (7½) hours on any tour for which she receives time and one-half (1½) her regular straight time rate.
(c) There shall be no pyramiding of overtime benefits under this Article.
(d) The provisions of this Article do not apply to the voluntary exchange of tours between nurses.
16.07 Nurses required to work one weekend shift per month during more than two (2) hours overtime after completing a full tour shall be provided with a hot meal or five ($5.00) dollars if the Academic Year;Home is unable to provide the hot meal.
ii16.08 A nurse who is called in or reports for work as scheduled unless notified twenty- four (24) During a weekend shifthours or more in advance not to report, Employees work Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm and are not scheduled to work the Monday and Tuesday immediately following;
iii) Employees scheduled to work on a weekend shift shall receive a weekend premium pursuant to Articles 20.28 and 20.29 minimum of the Collective Agreement;
i) On-call hours will be distributed as equally as possible amongst the Employees. During the Academic Year, each Employee will be assigned to be on-call for approximately one week in each nine-week period;
ii) While on-call, an Employee’s weekly hours of work will be adjusted to 17.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday from 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm;
d) Employees will be provided their yearly schedule outlining the Academic Year core hours, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts by August 31st of each year. HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING. 20.01 The regular hours of work for all employees covered by this Agreement shall be as follows:
a) Employees are paid on the basis The regular work week for all full-time employees shall be not more than seventy-five (75) hours in a two (2) week period exclusive of a 35-hour work week;meal time. The meal period shall be an uninterrupted period except in cases of emergency.
b) The Employer undertakes to use its best efforts consistent with proper management of the Hospital to ensure that days off may be taken consecutively and days off rotated so as to effect an equal distribution throughout the employees.
c) The daily working hours shall be seven and one-half (7 ½) hours per day.
20.02 During the life of work for each Employee are set out this Agreement, the Employer shall not institute any additional split shifts to those which exist at the date of ratification of this Agreement.
a) Shift schedules will be posted two (2) weeks in advance and shall cover an eight (8) week period. Employees shall be advised of scheduled shift changes as follows: between far in advance as possible.
b) The schedule that includes summer vacation shall be posted no later than May 15th and shall cover the period from June 15th to September 15th.
c) The schedule that covers the period from December 15th to January 15th shall be posted no later than November 15th.
20.04 The Employer will schedule a minimum of one (1) week-end (Saturday and April Sunday) off, in every third (the “Academic Year”3rd) the core hours of work are Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm; and during May and August week period. Employees who are scheduled to work Monday the third (3rd) and subsequent consecutive week-end, shall be paid time and one-half (1 ½) their normal hourly rate for all time worked on the third (3rd) and subsequent consecutive week-end, except where such week-end has been worked to Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm;
c) Notwithstanding satisfy specific days off requested by the foregoing, employee or worked as an Employee’s hours exchange of work will be altered when they are scheduled to work weekend shifts with another employee and are assigned to be on-call, as follows:
i) Employees will normally be scheduled to work one weekend shift per month during approved by the Academic Year;
ii) During a weekend shift, Employees work Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm and are not scheduled to work the Monday and Tuesday immediately following;
iii) Employees scheduled to work on a weekend shift shall receive a weekend premium pursuant to Articles 20.28 and 20.29 of the Collective Agreement;
i) On-call hours will be distributed as equally as possible amongst the Employees. During the Academic Year, each Employee will be assigned to be on-call for approximately one week in each nine-week period;

If the transfer is not as a result of an Employee request, the Employee shall be given a minimum of the scheduled seven day furlough, or overtime provisions will apply for days worked, as a result of such transfer, during the scheduled furlough the Employee would have been entitled to under their previous schedule.
f) The Parties recognize that variations in the sched- uling of the work week (eg: shift rotations, addition of night shift), reporting for work or returning from work, rest breaks, meal breaks and start and finish times may be appropriate from time to time, and that it may be appropriate that such variations affect all or only a portion of the Project. If the Contractor intends to make such variations they shall notify the affected Employ- ee(s) as soon as practicable. In the event the Contractor
g) The Council and affected Local Union(s) will be notified of any significant variations prior to implemen- tation by the Contractor.
9.02 Schedule B - Twenty One Days On, Seven Days Off (21/7)
a) Each day of work shall be compensated based upon a blended hourly rate. The first ten hours worked shall be paid at one point one seven five (1.175) times (one point one four (1.14) for 9 hour shifts) the otherwise applicable straight time hourly rate.
b) The first two hours of work performed beyond ten

f) The Parties recognize that variations in the scheduling of the work week (eg: shift rotations, addition of night shift), reporting for work or returning from work, rest breaks, meal breaks and start and finish times may be appropriate from time to time, and that it may be appro- priate that such variations affect all or only a portion of the Project. If the Contractor intends to make such variations they shall notify the affected Employee(s) as follows: between September soon as practicable. In the event the Contractor adds a night shift, such night shift shall be paid in the same manner as the day shift otherwise described in this Agreement with the addition of a night shift premium of three dollars ($3.00) per hour worked which shall not be applicable on any hour paid at overtime rates.
g) The Council and April affected Local Union(s) will be notified of any significant variations prior to implemen- tation by the Contractor.
9.03 Schedule C - Twenty Days On, Eight Days Off (the “Academic Year”20/8)
a) Each day of work shall be compensated based upon a blended hourly rate. The first ten (10) hours worked shall be paid at one point one seven five (1.175) times (one point one four (1.14) for 9 hour shifts) the core otherwise applicable straight time hourly rate.
b) The first two hours of work are Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm; and during May and August Employees are scheduled to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm;performed beyond ten
c) Notwithstanding The Contractor shall have the foregoing, an Employee’s option to move the start time of any shift by two (2) hours of work will be altered when they are scheduled to work weekend shifts and are assigned to be on-call, as follows:
i) Employees will normally be scheduled to work one weekend shift per month during the Academic Year;
ii) During a weekend shift, Employees work Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm and are not scheduled to work the Monday and Tuesday immediately following;
iii) Employees scheduled to work on a weekend shift shall receive a weekend premium pursuant to Articles 20.28 and 20.29 of the Collective Agreement;

(b) Authorized work performed in excess of seven and one-half (7 ½) hours in a shift or seventy-five (75) hours in a bi-weekly pay period will be counted as overtime work and will be paid for at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) of the employee’s regular rate of pay. It is understood that when two shifts are consecutively worked, overtime rates apply at over 7.5 hours worked.
(c) Employees shall be granted a one-half (½) hour unpaid lunch period for each Employee are set out shift of five (5) hours duration or more.
(d) The lunch period and breaks as follows: between September referred to in Article 19.01(c) and April (the “Academic Year”) the core hours of work are Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm; and during May and August Employees are scheduled to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm;
c) Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Employee’s hours of work 19.06 will be altered when they at times convenient to employees, providing operational requirements are being met, and shall not be interrupted except in cases of emergency.
(e) If an employee is required to stay for more than two (2) hours beyond their regularly scheduled to work weekend shift, for whatever reason, the Employer will provide a meal.
(f) There will be no pyramiding of overtime premiums, holiday pay premiums or benefits under any provisions in this Agreement.
(a) It is agreed that the normal shifts and are assigned to shall be on-call, as follows:
i) Employees will normally be scheduled The first shift of the day shall commence at 10:00 p.m. to work one weekend shift per month during the Academic Yearfinish at 6:00
a. m. (night shift);
ii) During a weekend The second shift shall commence at 6:00 a.m. and finish at 2:00 p.m. (day shift, Employees work Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm and are not scheduled to work the Monday and Tuesday immediately following;); and
iii) Employees scheduled The third shift shall commence at 2:00 p.m. and finish at 10:00 p.m. (evening shift). The parties recognize that there are existing shifts, including short shifts, that vary from the time set out above and that there may be requirement to change shifts or establish alternative shifts in the future. The Employer will not schedule employees to work more than five (5) consecutive days and at least two (2) consecutive days off shall be scheduled in each two (2) week pay period, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the employee. The Employer and the Union shall be notified of these arrangements in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act for the Province of Ontario.
18.03 Full-time employees may exchange working days and off days with other qualified employees providing that such requests are submitted in writing to the Employer not less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the time requested, and approved by the Employer in writing. It is understood that such exchange of shifts shall not be considered in the calculation of eligibility for, or payment of overtime premiums. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
18.04 The Employer shall post work schedules on a weekend shift shall receive a weekend premium pursuant four (4) week basis consistent with the pay periods at least two (2) weeks prior to Articles 20.28 and 20.29 the effective date of the Collective Agreement;
i) Onschedule. 18.05 Full-call hours time employees will be distributed as equally as possible amongst required to work no more than one (1) weekend without two (2) weekends off unless otherwise mutually agreed by all three (3) parties (employee, employer and the Employeesunion). During the Academic Year, each Employee The method of scheduling will be assigned to be on-call for approximately one a four (4) week in each nine-week period;
ii) While on-call, an Employee’s weekly hours of work will be adjusted to 17.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday from 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm;
d) Employees will be provided their yearly schedule outlining the Academic Year core hours, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts by August 31st of each year. The schedule may be subject to change based on operational requirements. Notice of any such change(s) will be provided to the Employees as soon as possible;rotation.

HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING. a) Employees are paid on 17:01 The following is intended to define the basis of a 35-hour work week;
b) The normal hours of work for each Employee are set out full time employees. Nothing herein shall be construed as follows: between September and April (the “Academic Year”) the core a guarantee of hours of work are Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm; and during May and August Employees are scheduled to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm;per day or per week.
c) Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Employee’s 17:02 The normal hours of work will for full time employees shall be altered when they are scheduled thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week and seven and one-half (7½) hours per day, exclusive of a thirty (30) minute meal period.
(a) Except in the case of those employees who request to work weekends, the Employer will endeavour to schedule full time employees for at least every other weekend shifts off, and are assigned to be on-call, as follows:for an average of two (2) days off per week.
(i) Employees All full time employees shall have scheduled sixteen (16) consecutive hours off between shifts.
(ii) In the event that the Home fails to schedule sixteen (16) consecutive hours off when shifts are changed, an employee so affected will normally in such event, be paid premium pay calculated at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times her regular straight time rate of pay for the number of hours difference between sixteen (16) and the actual number of consecutive hours off.
(iii) No full time employee shall be scheduled to work one more than six (6) consecutive days, and overtime rates shall apply for all work performed on the seventh (7th) and subsequent consecutive days worked. An exception will be made to employees who request to be scheduled for more than six (6) days.
(iv) The provisions of this article shall not apply to a full time employee who, at her own request or with her consent, is scheduled or called in and agrees to come in so as to have less than sixteen (16) consecutive hours off when tours of duty are changed.
17:04 Whenever possible, part time employees shall be scheduled for at least every other weekend off, unless otherwise requested by the employee.
17:05 The Employer shall not be responsible or liable for overtime rate claims that might arise or occur as a result of the exchange of shifts.
(a) The Employer agrees that working schedules shall be posted at least two (2) weeks in advance and shall be for a period of six (6) weeks. All requests for time off that an employee requests to have reflected in the posted schedule must be submitted to the Department Supervisor in writing no later than the Thursday of the week preceding the Friday posting of the schedule.
(a) exactly as is but go to a new way of posting a perpetual 6 week schedule by posting two (2) weeks every other week such that there is always a 6 week schedule posted.
(b) Employees requesting a change in the posted schedule shall find their own replacement with whom they shall exchange shifts, and submit the change to the Administrator for approval at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Switch requests will only be approved between Monday and Friday noon. Such exchange of shift per month during will not be unreasonably denied.
(c) Once the Academic Yearschedule is posted, the shift schedule of full time employees shall not be changed except:
(i) As provided in (b) above without the consent of the employee(s) involved, or;
(ii) During a weekend shiftUnless an emergency situation exists that is out of the control of the Employer, Employees work Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm and are not scheduled or;
(iii) Where an employee returns to work after being on sick leave and where such employee has not given the Monday and Tuesday immediately followingEmployer sufficient notice to enable the Employer to rearrange the schedule. In such cases, the Employer will not have any liability to the displaced employee as a result of such rescheduling, or;
iii(iv) Employees scheduled When necessary to work on a weekend shift shall receive a weekend premium pursuant to Articles 20.28 and 20.29 ensure compliance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement;.
i17:07 Each seven and one-half (7½) On-call hour shift shall include two (2) fifteen (15) minute rest periods without loss of pay.
17:08 An employee who reports for work at the starting time of her scheduled shift, not having been advised not to report at least four (4) hours will in advance, shall be distributed as equally as possible amongst given a minimum of three (3) hours work at any work within her classification, or three (3) hours pay in lieu if no work is available, at the Employees. During the Academic Year, each Employee will be assigned to be on-call for approximately one week in each nine-week period;
ii) While on-call, an Employee’s weekly hours employee's regular rate of work will be adjusted to 17.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday from 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm;
d) Employees will be provided their yearly schedule outlining the Academic Year core hours, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts by August 31st of each yearpay. The schedule may Employer shall not be subject to change based on operational requirements. Notice this obligation in the case of any such change(s) will an employee who fails to keep the Employer informed of a telephone number which may be provided used by the Employer to give notice, and in the Employees as soon as possible;case of fire, power failure, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Employer.
