HOURS OF WORK AND SHIFT ARRANGEMENTS. Unless otherwise specifically addressed, and subject to the Canada Labour Code, nothing in this Article shall be construed as a guarantee of, or a limitation on, the hours of work per day or per week. 17.01 (a) The standard work week for full-time employees shall consist of thirty-two (32) to a maximum of forty (40) hours to be worked in a manner to best meet the Company's contractual commitmentsoperational requirements.
