HOURS OF WORK ARRANGEMENTS. ‌‌ 6.1 Ordinary hours of work 6.1.1 Full time employees will be rostered to work 76 hours with 4 days off per two week cycle. 6.1.2 Part-time employees will be rostered to work a range of hours up to 76 hours per two week cycle. 6.1.3 A minimum shift of 2 hours up to a maximum of 11.5 ordinary hours may be worked. 6.1.4 Reasonable additional hours may be worked as mutually agreed at the ordinary hourly rate. Additional hours which in the employee’s view are unreasonable or unacceptable may be declined having regard to health and safety, family responsibilities and other personal circumstances of the employee.
