HOURS OF WORK, OVERTIME AND PREMIUMS. 13.01 For the purpose of computing pay only, the work week is from 12 o’clock Midnight on Saturday to 12 o’clock Midnight the following Saturday. In order to meet the normal customer require- ments for products and services, the core hours of work will be 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. each day (b) Employees will be assigned to work eight (8) consecutive hours, five (5) consecutive days, forty (40) hours per week.
