HUMAN RESOURCES PERSONNEL FILE Clause Samples

The Human Resources Personnel File clause defines the requirements and procedures for maintaining and managing employee personnel records. Typically, this clause outlines what documents must be included in the file, such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, and specifies who has access to these records and under what circumstances. Its core practical function is to ensure that employee information is properly documented, securely stored, and accessible only to authorized individuals, thereby supporting compliance with legal obligations and protecting both employer and employee interests.
