Hydro Allowance. An employee who has Company authorization to keep his vehicle at home will be paid twenty-three dollars ($23.00) per month (covers the period from December 15 to March 15) to compensate for twelve [12] hours per night, six [6] nights per week. In the instance of the Company directing employees to plug in their vehicles in November the employee shall be paid a pro rata calculation based on the number of days they plug in at the rate of twenty-three dollars ($23.00) per month for November only.
