When ARRMC requires an asymptomatic RN 28 RN, 20 who is apparently healthy and capable of working to miss scheduled work 21 pursuant to 29 ARRMC identification of a potential communicable disease, and 22 ARRMC initiation of 30 infection control protocol: 23 A. The RN will be offered available and suitable work to make up the lost 24 scheduled hours, if this can be done without risk of infection to other 25 employees; 27 B. Alternatively, ARRMC will pay the RN for the lost scheduled hours at 28 the RN's base rate. 29
