All new employees to the teaching staff shall submit documents required for employee records purposes to human resource services within thirty (30) days of commencing employment or in accordance with the stipulated timelines as set by the agencies that provide the documentation. 16.1.2. The teachers recognize the right of the School Division to formulate policy; in return, the School Division recognizes the right of the teachers to be consulted.
