Information and Notifications. Under the Regulations we are required to provide certain information and notifications to you regarding Money Transfers performed. We will communicate information and notifications to you by phone, email or in writing. We will provide you with any information that we are required by the Regulations to provide to you, and in such manner and form and as often as we reasonably consider necessary to comply with the Regulations.
Information and Notifications. 8.01 The Company will provide a list in electronic format to the President of the Chalk River Professional Employees Group indicating:
(i) The names of persons employed as Chalk River Professional Employees Group as casual, short term, term positions at AECL Chalk River Laboratories on a monthly basis.
(ii) The names of employees filling all management positions, as well as non-management positions at levels M12 and above, at Chalk River Laboratories on a quarterly basis.
(iii) Attached Staff report on a quarterly basis.
(iv) On a quarterly basis contract personnel providing engineering/scientific professional or management consulting services. The list will indicate the contractor name, start and end date, and the responsible manager. The list of management consultants will be made up of all names where the responsible manager is below the level of General Manager. The Company will provide CRPEG on a quarterly basis the number of management consultants reporting to a General Manager or higher level at CRL. It is understood that the agreement of the Company with respect to management consultants is limited to providing the list of management consultants. To be clear, for example, it is not intended that Article 7.04 apply to management consultants.
(v) On a quarterly basis, the names, duration and scope of research for all Post Doctoral Fellows.
(vi) Employees on leave of absence in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement re: Leaves of Absence on a quarterly basis. Specifics shall include employee name, job title (home position), nature of absence, acting job title, start date, and expected end date.
(vii) The list of CRPEG employees on continuous on-call, on a quarterly basis.
(viii) When external hires occur, the Company will provide the name of the new employee and the associate job vacancy number of the competition in which they were successful.
8.02 By July 15th of each year, the Company shall provide an itemized current salary listing, sorted by organization unit typically led by direct reports to the Vice President, in an electronic format to the President of the Chalk River Professional Employees Group containing the information identified below:
(a) year of Bachelor, year of Masters, year of PhD;
(b) salary and pay grade as of June 30;
(c) July 1st scale, merit, and special adjustment, where applicable;
(d) salary and pay grade as of July 01;
(e) comment field for information such as term, leave of absence, long term disability, delayed merit ...
Information and Notifications. 8.1 If not specified to the contrary by the Agreement and exhibits to it all queries, orders, confirmations and other information, exchanged by the Parties, or notifications supplied in relation with this Agreement, are made in writing, and are delivered by hand, via post, telegraph or telefax at the address of the Party specified at the end of this Agreement;
8.2 Any notification, notice, order or confirmation are deeded to be received at the moment, when they should ordinarily by received, and the company will not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill any order for the time before the actual receipt of an order;
8.3 Upon conclusion, performance and termination of this Agreement, the use of facsimile signature, e-mail digital signature are permitted and documents, connected with this Agreement and sent by both Parties to each other by fax, telex and other communication, shall be original.
Information and Notifications. The contact details for any notifications or requests for information by the Customer are published in Article 1 of these Conditions, and on the MPP website. In addition, the Customer can go to the staffed cash desks at the P1 car park at Venice Airport, and at the information desk at the terminal of Treviso Airport.
Information and Notifications. (a) Except for proxies and other non-substantive communications, the Company shall furnish promptly to Purchaser a copy of each notice, report, schedule or other document or communication delivered, filed or received by the Company in connection with this Agreement, the Arrangement, the Interim Order or the Company Meeting or any other meeting at which all Company Securityholders, or any class of the Company Share Capital, are entitled to attend relating to special business, any filings made under any Applicable Law and any dealings or communications with any Governmental Authority or stock exchange in connection with, or in any way affecting, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
(b) The Company shall promptly notify Purchaser of: (i) any Material Adverse Change, or any fact, circumstance, change, event, occurrence or effect that could reasonably be expected to become a Material Adverse Change, in respect of the business or in the conduct of the business of the Company; (ii) any Governmental Authority or third Person making or commencing a Proceeding, or a material complaint, or investigation (or communications indicating that the same may be contemplated); (iii) any breach by the Company of any covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement; and (iv) any event occurring subsequent to the date hereof that would render any representation or warranty of the Company contained in this Agreement, if made on or as of the date of such event or the Effective Date, to be untrue or inaccurate in any material respect.
(c) Purchaser shall promptly notify the Company of: (i) any Material Adverse Change, or any fact, circumstance, change, event, occurrence or effect that could reasonably be expected to become a Material Adverse Change, in respect of the business or in the conduct of the business of Purchaser; (ii) any Governmental Authority or third Person making commencing a Proceeding, or a material complaint, or investigation (or communications indicating that the same may be contemplated); (iii) any breach by Purchaser of any covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement; and (iv) any event occurring subsequent to the date hereof that would render any representation or warranty of Purchaser contained in this Agreement, if made on or as of the date of such event or the Effective Date, to be untrue or inaccurate in any material respect.
Information and Notifications. The Assignor shall promptly notify the Agent in writing of the modification of any of the material provisions of any of the Operating Agreements or Contracts which would result in a materially adverse change in the financial condition or operations of the Assignor.

8.02 Within four (4) weeks of the senior promotions review, the Company shall provide an itemized current salary listing in an electronic format to the Chairperson of the Chalk River Professional Employees Group containing the information identified below:
(a) year of Bachelor, year of Masters, year of PhD;
(b) salary and pay grade as of June 30;
(c) July 1st scale, merit, and special adjustment, where applicable ;
(d) salary and pay grade as of July 01;
(e) comment field for information such as term, leave of absence, long term disability, delayed merit adjustment, part-time, where applicable;
(f) most recent date of hire; The accuracy of the information in (a) above is dependent upon that supplied by individual employees.
Information and Notifications. To promptly (i) furnish to the Agent to the extent reasonably requested by the Agent, evidence of the issuance, renewal or continuance of any License, and compliance with all conditions under which such License exists, (ii) inform the Agent of any written notices received relating to the threatened or actual revocation, restriction, suspension or expiration of any License, and (iii) notify the Agent in writing of the happening of any of the

(ii) The names of employees filling all management positions, as well as non-management positions at levels M12 and above, at Whiteshell Laboratories.
(iii) Attached staff report.
(iv) Contract personnel providing work normally associated with this bargaining unit at Whiteshell Laboratories. The list will indicate the contractor name, start and end date, and the responsible manager.
(v) Employees on leave of absence in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement re: Leaves of Absence on a quarterly basis. Specifics shall include employee name, job title (home position), nature of absence, acting job title, start date, and expected end date.
30.02 Within four (4) weeks of the senior promotions review, the Company shall provide an itemized current salary listing in an electronic format to the President of the Whiteshell Technical Employees Group containing the information identified below:
(a) year of Technical Diploma, training
(b) salary and pay grade as of June 30;
(c) July 1st scale, merit and special adjustment, where applicable;
(d) salary and pay grade as of July 01;
(e) comment field for information such as term, leave of absence, long term disability, delayed merit adjustment, part-time, where applicable
(f) most recent date of hire;
(g) Performance rating.
