Information Management System. Nomaco shall provide and maintain, at Nomaco's expense, an information management system that allows communication between Nomaco and RBX relating to customer orders, credits, shipments and customer communication. RBX shall have confidential electronic access on such information management system to information relating to inventories, inventory locations, orders, credits, shipments and customer communication relating to Products sold or to be sold under this Agreement. All such information and such information management system shall constitute "Confidential Information" of Nomaco under this Agreement and, in addition to the restrictions on use or disclosure of Confidential Information contained herein, RBX shall comply with all of Nomaco's reasonable written instructions and policies in effect from time to time to maintain the confidentiality and security of all such information and any information system on which it may be located.
Information Management System a) SIMSI Canada has developed a Shared Information Management System for Infrastructure (SIMSI) to support the delivery of MRIF by providing online Project registration, approval, monitoring, and reporting capabilities. Costs associated with the implementation and maintenance of the system will be borne by Canada. The Parties agree to promote and use SIMSI in accordance with the Canada-Yukon Information Management – SIMSI Guideline.

9.2.3 Initial ISP, ISP updates, Initial Assessment and Quarterly Reassessments;
9.2.4 Current documentation of services and Progress notes;
9.2.5 Documentation of client’s medical and behavioral health homes and primary care provider contact information;
9.2.6 Health insurance information including, but not limited to, health plan and member identification (CIN Number); and
9.2.7 Other client file updates as required at the County’s discretion.

Gordian shall be responsible for providing the Owner with a comprehensive web-based JOC Information Management System (hereinafter referred to as “IMS”) for an unlimited number of Owner users. The JOC IMS must be capable of providing full project tracking, developing cost proposals, preparing independent Owner estimates, generating all project documentation, providing project scheduling, budgeting and cost control, tracking MBE participation, and generating customized reports. Gordian must incorporate any current Owner forms and documentation into the IMS; and
