Initiation of Request Clause Samples
The 'Initiation of Request' clause defines the process by which a party formally begins a request under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the required method of communication, such as written notice or submission through a designated platform, and may specify the information that must be included for the request to be valid. Its core function is to ensure that all parties understand how and when requests can be made, thereby reducing confusion and providing a clear, documented starting point for any actions or obligations triggered by such requests.
