INSPECTION AND SAMPLING Sample Clauses

The INSPECTION AND SAMPLING clause grants one party the right to examine and test goods or services before final acceptance. Typically, this involves the buyer inspecting delivered products or taking samples to verify quality, quantity, or compliance with agreed specifications. By allowing for such checks, the clause helps ensure that only conforming goods are accepted and provides a mechanism to identify and address defects or non-compliance before completion of the transaction.
