Use of the Goods. The Supplier must indemnify the Buyer against the costs of any Recall of the Goods and will give notice of actual or anticipated action about the Recall of the Goods.

10.1 All recommendations and advice given by or on behalf of the Seller to the Buyer as to the methods of storing, applying, or using the Goods, the purposes to which the Goods may be applied and the suitability of using the Goods in any manufacturing process or in conjunction with any other materials, are for guidance only and are given without liability on the part of the Seller its servants or agents.
10.2 Where the Goods are intended for use in connection with any drugs or any other goods or substances, or for the packaging or securing of goods or articles of any kind (in each case, "Interfacing Items") the Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring that such Interfacing Items will not be, or are not liable to be adversely affected by contact with or proximity to the Goods supplied and all liability to the Buyer or any third party in respect of any damage so caused is hereby expressly excluded.
10.3 Any instructions given by the Seller is not intended to substitute for advice given by a medical practitioner, pharmacist or other licensed healthcare professional. Information and statements about Goods are not intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. The Seller accepts no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements about Goods by manufacturers or other third parties.
Use of the Goods. The Receiving Entity agrees to bear all the risk and costs associated with the in-kind contribution of the Goods, including, where applicable, the cost of their removal from UNOPS premises.
Use of the Goods. Any specific Plasti-Fab warranty extended under the terms of a Contract or Supply Agreement applies only to Goods that it manufactures. The customer is obligated to use the goods properly, only for the purpose for which they are intended. The customer is obligated to protect the goods and he/she is responsible to the seller for any harm caused by damage, destruction, loss and/or the theft of the goods. If the customer allows a third party to use the goods, he/she is responsible for the actions of such person as if he/she had used the goods him/herself. The customer is not entitled to hand the goods over to another person, nor to establish or allow the establishment of any right in relation to the goods, which would restrict the rights of the seller.
Use of the Goods. 13.1 The Goods are intended for normal commercial use in accordance with the operating instructions and not for use in critical security systems, nuclear power plants, military or medical life-support equipment or weapons production. No liability is accepted for use in these areas.
