Installation Fee Clause Samples
The Installation Fee clause defines the charges associated with setting up or installing equipment, systems, or services as part of a contract. Typically, this clause specifies the amount to be paid, the timing of payment (such as upfront or upon completion), and may outline what is included in the installation process. By clearly stating the financial and procedural expectations for installation, this clause helps prevent disputes over costs and ensures both parties understand their obligations regarding setup expenses.
