Instructions and Logs. Charterers shall from time to time give the master all requisite instructions and sailing directions, and the master shall keep a full and correct log of the voyage or voyages, which Charterers or their agents may inspect as required. If a discrepancy arises at a loading terminal, the Master shall notify Charterers immediately and in any event before loading to clarify the situation. Owners shall be responsible for any consequences or additional expenses arising from Owners’ non-compliance with this Clause.

(a) Company shall from time to time give the Master nominations of LNG for loading on to the FSRU in accordance with the LNG Transfer Procedure and Nominations in accordance with the Nomination Procedure, and the Master shall keep a full and correct log of the operations of the FSRU which Company or its agents may inspect as required.
(b) Owner shall either procure that the Master shall when required furnish Company or its agents with a true copy of such log, with properly completed loading and discharging sheets and such other reports as Company may reasonably require; or Company may make copies at Owner’s expense of any such documents.
(c) Company will appoint one Representative by notice to Owner (and may replace that Representative at any time by notice to Owner) to give all nominations for loading of LNG and LNG loading schedules, and Nominations for the delivery of Regasified LNG at the Delivery Point, and whose communications shall bind Company.

Owners shall submit logs / update data in charterer’s specified applications for all hire period including that covered by the Statement of Facts jointly certified by Master and Charterers representative. In the event of failure in timely submission of above logs, the charterers may not release subsequent charter hire payment(s) till receipt of the logs, after giving reasonable notice to the Owners. Statement of fact for sea passage in the format prescribed by charterers to be duly filled by the Master of the vessel and to be handed over to the charterers representative (Boarding Officer) on arrival at the port. A copy of the same to be sent by e-mail to the charterers by the Owners after sailing of the vessel from the port. Paper documentation may be completely replaced with electronic data systems with suitable digital signatures and security systems.
