Instructions and Logs Sample Clauses

The "Instructions and Logs" clause establishes the procedures for issuing, recording, and maintaining instructions and related documentation during the course of a project or contractual relationship. Typically, it outlines how instructions from one party (such as a client or project manager) must be communicated to the other party, and requires that a formal log or record be kept of all such instructions for reference and accountability. This clause ensures that there is a clear, traceable record of directives and changes, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about what was communicated and when.
