Interconnected Operation Clause Samples
The Interconnected Operation clause defines the terms under which different systems, networks, or facilities are linked and operate together. Typically, this clause outlines the technical requirements, responsibilities for maintenance, and protocols for managing the interface between the interconnected parties. For example, it may specify how data or energy flows between two networks, or how disruptions are communicated and resolved. Its core function is to ensure seamless and reliable cooperation between separate entities, minimizing operational risks and clarifying responsibilities in interconnected environments.
