Internet Banking and Mobile Banking a) Once you have registered for our Internet Banking Services, we will send each of your nominated users a temporary access code or PIN by SMS message to the mobile device notified to us. On receipt of the temporary access code or PIN each user must set a permanent password to access the Internet Banking Services and Mobile Banking Services, as the case may be, which we will require to be changed at your option at the end of every one, three or six month period as you select. b) Once you have access to the Internet Banking Services and Mobile Banking Services users can ask us to transfer money from your current account electronically using our Internet Banking Service and/or Mobile Banking Services and to make payments to accounts maintained at any of our branches in the UK or in Turkey. Users may also use the service to make payments within the UK to other banks via the faster payments service or outside of the UK via SWIFT payments. Spot foreign exchange transactions may also be completed using our Internet Banking Services and Mobile Banking Services. c) Access to the Internet Banking Services and Mobile Banking Services requires passing the two-factor authentication system, including customer number and password combination and the unique security code sent to your phone. When you make an online transfer, you will be asked for the customer password and the unique security code again sent to your phone. d) Each user must exit the Online Banking Service and/or Mobile Banking Service before he or she leaves his or her computer terminal or mobile device unattended. Each user must also exit the Internet Banking Service and/or Mobile Banking Service when they have completed a session and you must not allow anyone other than a user registered with us to operate the Internet Banking Service on your behalf. e) You must authorise an administrator or administrators to administer the Internet Banking Services and/or Mobile Banking Services on your behalf who will be responsible for: i. authorising, appointing, removing and managing users to make payments and access and use the Internet Banking Services and/or Mobile Banking Services for you; and ii. allocating the password controls and the levels of authority and access of each user. Access to internet banking and mobile banking Subject to availability determined by the Bank: o Internet banking: you can access through internet subscription connecting to the Bank’s website. o Mobile banking: You can access through mobile device by mobile application, which must be downloaded first and installed on your mobile device. b. Password and ID user security The user must keep Password and User ID secured. Failure to do so may increase the Account Holder’s liability for any loss. The Account Holder(s) shall: o Never disclose Password to any person; o Never allow any other person to see you entering your Password; o Commit your Password to memory and not record Password anywhere; o Never choose a Password that is easily identified, such as your birth date, car registration, telephone number or name; o Never use the same Password for any other purpose other than with the Bank for Internet Banking; and o Ensure to log in to the correct URL for the Bank’s Internet Banking. If the Security Codes are exposed or suspected to be exposed to any person, the user shall immediately change the password to protect user’s own interest. The Bank shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages you suffered in such circumstances. c. Use of Fingerprint Authentication Feature By using the Fingerprint Authentication feature, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following specific terms governing this feature. o All Fingerprint data is stored in the relevant Mobile Device when you set-up fingerprint enabled Mobile Device and no Fingerprint data is stored on the Bank’s servers. Once the Fingerprint is recognized by the Mobile Device, the confirmation of authentication will be relayed by the Mobile Device to the Bank’s Internet Banking to enable the user to proceed with the relevant transaction. o Your Mobile Devices that come with the ‘Enrolled Fingerprint’ feature/function will be able to login to Mobile/Tablet/Computer using just their fingerprint. o You shall not register any third-party fingerprint as Fingerprint as doing so will enable the third party(s) to have access to Account and perform all functions available within the Bank’s Internet Banking. If there is any third party’s fingerprint stored on Mobile Device, the user is required and hereby warrant that such third party fingerprint has been deleted from Mobile Device prior to activating Fingerprint Authentication Service. d. We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.
