Inappropriate Behaviour. If a Resident engages in harmful behaviour, or behaviour that is reasonably perceived to be a threat to themself, or to others; compromises their personal safety (including but not limited to underage drinking, drug use, abusive behaviour), causes damage to the property of the Residence or others, or where a pattern of behaviour by a Resident is sufficient to create significant disruption to the Residence community, the Residence Life Manager, or designate, reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of the Resident. Where such behaviours are the result of a disability, the Residence recognizes its obligation to provide accommodation short of undue hardship. Where a Resident exhibits physical and/or psychological behavior beyond the scope and expertise of what may reasonably be provided by Humber Residence, the Resident will be subject to the terms as outlined in Section 4.4.
Inappropriate Behaviour. In addition to the other provisions of Part 3 of this Contract, any conduct which is inappropriate or disruptive to the residence community or the University, as determined by the Residence Life Manager, is prohibited and may result in eviction. Without limiting the foregoing, inappropriate behaviour includes “mooning,” public urination and nudity visible outside of the resident’s room.
Inappropriate Behaviour. Inappropriate Behaviour it will not:
i. violate public policy and morals; or
ii. make or use any inappropriate, improper or unlawful content, reference, material, or links (e.g. in respect of pornography or racism), defamatory statements, elements which violate the privacy of third parties or are otherwise abusive, offensive or obscene.

Inappropriate Behaviour. 1.9.1 It is the responsibility of every employee who sees or hears inappropriate behaviour to report it to management. The employer acknowledges that the employee may also wish to seek advice or assistance from the union.
1.9.2 Inappropriate behaviour may include but is not limited to the following: Sexual harassment Discrimination Workplace bullying Intimidation Humiliating or degrading a fellow employee Verbal abuse Abuse of power or authority Alienation of fellow employees
1.9.3 The employer is committed to ensuring that all employees are treated with sensitivity and respect and all employees are entitled to a workplace that is free from all forms of harassment and unlawful discrimination.
Inappropriate Behaviour. Examples of inappropriate behaviour include, but are not limited to: uttering a threat to inflict serious bodily harm on another person; swearing at a teacher or other person in authority; committing an act of vandalism causing damage to school property or property located on school premises; bullying, intimidating or threatening another person; fighting; using a weapon to cause or threaten bodily harm to another person; committing physical assault on another person; committing sexual assault; trafficking in weapons or in illegal drugs; harassment of any kind; distributing hate material; inappropriate use of electronic communications/media; including accessing inappropriate materials on the Internet; posting offensive comments on personal or commercial websites (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and similar sites); unexcused absence from College activities; and/or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the College or to the physical or mental well-being of others.
Inappropriate Behaviour. The Trust takes instances of inappropriate behaviour very seriously and will not tolerate any circumstances that may make pupils, staff members and other members of the school community feel threatened. Parental behaviour that the Trust does not tolerate includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Using foul, abusive or offensive language • Raising voices inappropriately at another individual • Making racist or sexual comments • Using aggressive hand gestures, e.g. raising fists and fingers • Discriminating against any member of the school community, including pupils, staff, local governors and other parents • Bullying, harassment or intimidation, including physical, verbal and sexual abuse offline and online • Sending abusive, aggressive or threatening messages, emails or other communications to any member of the school community • Trespassing on school property without prior permission or implied licence • Causing intentional damage to school property • Breaching the school’s security procedures • Using physical violence on the school premises or on a member of the school community, e.g. hitting, slapping, punching, kicking and pushing • Physically intimidating an individual • Partaking in unnecessary physical contact with an individual • Writing or posting abusive, offensive or defamatory comments about an individual or the school, including on social media • Psychologically harassing any member of the school community, including displaying vexatious behaviour which is humiliating for the individual and is damaging to their self - esteem • Displaying disruptive or other inappropriate behaviour which interferes or threatens to interfere with any of the school’s operations or activities • Approaching another parent or pupil to discuss or reprimand them because of an issue between pupils • Threatening any member of the school community in any way • Arriving on the school premises partially clothed • Smoking on the school premises • Taking illegal or harmful drugs while on the school premises • Drinking alcohol on the school premises, unless it has been authorised and supplied by the school • Taking photographs or videos on the school premises without permission from the school • Driving unsafely within the vicinity of the school
Inappropriate Behaviour. Dooly may prohibit anyone from participating in the Program or receiving Award or Referral Compensation if they determine such Referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operations of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices determined solely at the discretion of Dooly. Dooly reserves the right to disqualify anyone, cancel Awards, Referral Compensation, disable or suspend an account,and contact law authorities (including law enforcement), if it should discover a user is tampering with the referral process or the operation of the Program or violating these Terms. Referrals generated by any automated means including but not limited to scripts and macros will be disqualified. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Dooly program, we reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend the Program at any time at the sole discretion of Dooly.
