Interpreting Test Results Sample Clauses

The 'Interpreting Test Results' clause defines how the outcomes of tests or assessments are to be understood and applied within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines the standards, criteria, or methods that must be used to evaluate whether test results meet the required specifications, and may specify who is responsible for making such determinations. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear and consistent framework for assessing compliance or performance, thereby reducing disputes and ambiguity regarding the interpretation of test outcomes.
