Interview Procedure. The Interview Panel shall conduct the interview in accordance with the criteria as set out in the “Guide to the Interview Panel”.
Interview Procedure. ‌ Applicants who have the required qualifications at the time of application and have followed the outlined procedure shall be entitled to an interview and further consideration.

Atikokan North Star, Gr. 7 & 8 AHS 6. Mine Centre The Board shall provide rationale to any Teacher being administratively transferred. This person will not be transferred during the following three (3) years except by the Teacher's request. Where, on request of the Board, a Teacher agrees to a transfer out of area, the Board will bear the cost of moving subject to the conditions outlined in Board Policy. This clause will not apply in cases of redundancy. 11.03 Voluntary transfers will be governed by the Teacher Transfer/Exchange Request Form (see Appendix C). Teachers who wish to transfer to another school for the following school year shall submit requests no later than April 30 of each school year. 11.04 Prior to May 7, the Board shall meet with the Local President of ETFO to share transfer requests, and administrative transfers. 11.05 In the event of any administrative transfer of Teachers within this school district, the Teachers affected by the move shall be notified in person and in writing on or before May 20. This notification shall take place at the end of the Teacher's instructional day.

Interview Procedure. 11.6.1 After the District determines who has qualified for the vacant position, interviews of qualified applicants shall occur. The District shall process each category separately. 11.6.2 The District shall establish an interview panel for the filling of each vacant position. Each interview panel shall have a classified employee on the interview panel. Whenever possible, the employee selected for the panel should be employed in either the classification in which the vacancy exists, or in a related class. The District shall select the classified employees for each of the interview panels.
Interview Procedure. Our colleague from ▇▇▇▇ assisted us in approaching the In-charge of the health facility at each health facility in order to discuss the surveys and request permission to conduct the health facility assessment, and staff and client surveys. After permission was granted, we and our evaluation assistants met with clinic staff, obtained their consent, and conducted the interviews. Following the provider interviews, we conducted exit interviews of clinic clients. At the follow up visit we also measured the impact of the intervention on clients’ knowledge and practices.
Interview Procedure. Whenever the group of candidates competing for a vacancy includes a current employee seeking promotion, the following procedures shall apply. If the qualified applicant pool contains no promotional applicants, the following procedures shall not apply. a) Interviews shall be held for the applicants who meet the desired qualifications. b) A bargaining unit employee appointed by the CSEA President/designee shall serve on the interview panel as a fully participating member. The District shall notify the CSEA President at least two (2) working days prior to the convening of an interview panel. c) The CSEA appointee participating on interview panels shall be released from duty to participate in interview panel proceedings which occur within the appointee's regular work day. d) It is understood that all written information utilized by and all discussions of the interview panel are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any non-panel member. e) The panel's recommendations shall be submitted to the selecting supervisor/administrator, who shall then select an applicant pursuant to paragraph 6 below.

Interview Procedure. In the event a committee is formed to conduct a search or to interview candidates for administrator positions, the Association shall be invited to appoint two members to serve on such committee.
