Job Assignments. ‌ The Employer shall have the r igh t to assign employees to work on jobs outside th e employee’ s classification. I f an employee i s assigned and works in a high er classification, said employee shall receive the rate of pay of th e higher c lassification, in the same pay step of his/ h er regular pay grade. The h igh er rate will be paid for accrued t ime ( vacation, s ick and/ or h oliday t ime) used during temporary reclassification to a high er position i f such reclassification i s full t ime ( 40 h ours per week) for two consecutive month s or more .
