Liability of the User. 8.1. The User shallbe liable for fulfilment of their obligations inaccordancewiththetermsandconditions hereof and the legislation of the Russian Federation. 8.2. The User shall be liable for completeness and accuracy of the information provided upon registration, and shall be considered acting on their own behalf and at their own expense. 8.3. The User shall not be entitled to fully or partially assign or transfer their rights and obligations hereunder to third parties. If such assignment or transfer has been made, it shall be void. If the account and password of the User are transferred to third parties for access to the Service, as well as if the User authorizes access to the Service and/or use of the Service by third parties on behalf of the User, all rights and obligations hereunder shall be borne by the User. 8.4. The User shall be held solely liable for all actions and statements made and/or delivered through the use of the Service, as well as consequences thereof, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. 8.5. The User shall be liable for all transactions carried out with the use of their account and Authentication Data. 8.6. The User shall be held solely liable for any (including unauthorized) actions of third parties, which have been performed upon use of the User's Authentication Data, as well as consequences thereof. 8.7. Notwithstanding this Agreement, the User shall be held liable upon use of the Company's Services, the User shall have full and sole liability, including, but not limited to, for the following: 8.7.1. for creation and/or distribution, uploading and/or receipt of the Content, including liability for all claims, which have been made and/or may be made in relation to the Content transferred and/or accepted by the User for violation of intellectual property rights, copyright, and related rights, as well as in connection with the Content containing false information, obscene, indecent, intimidatory, offensive, defamatory, damaging or other illegal content; 8.7.2. for all relations between the User and third parties arisen in connection with and/or as a result of the use of the Service, including liability of the User to third parties engaged in private and/or commercial and/or non-commercial activity of the User involving use of the Company's Service, as well as liability of the User for their own damages and expenses incurred as a result of cooperation of the User with third parties in connection with the use of ...

Liability of the User. Users have sole responsibility for adequate protection and backup of data and/or equipment used in connection with the Network and will not make a claim against HCC for lost data, re-run time, inaccurate output, work delays or lost profits resulting from the use of the Network. Users agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless HCC (including its employees and the HCC Board of Trustees) from, and covenant not to sue HCC for, any claims based on, or stemming from, use of the Network.

Liability of the User. 1. The user is liable for all damages suffered by High-End Nanny Services caused by the breach of contract and/or User Terms for use of the services of High-End Nanny Services and/or by initiation, implementation, and/or termination and/or liquidation of the Nanny Agreement. User commits to exonerate High-End Nany Services for all damages inflicted on High-End Nanny Services by potential claims of users or third parties caused by the breach of the Terms of Use of the services of High-End Nanny Services and/or initiation, implementation and/or termination of the Nanny Agreement. 2. The user and the nanny are responsible for the conclusion of their own legal liability and accident insurance and the conclusion of the Nanny Agreement.

If it has breached the Terms & Conditions or contributed or caused the loss by negligent actions such as the following: ▪ In disclosing or failing to take all reasonable steps to prevent disclosure of the User- id and/or password to anyone including Issuer’s staff and/or failing to advise the Issuer of such disclosure within a reasonable time. ▪ Not advising the Issuer within a reasonable time about unauthorized access to or erroneous transactions in the account(s) through the MPay Portal and MPay Wallet Services.

Liability of the User. Any damage to the bicycle station or bicycle or any damage caused by using the bicycle shall be the sole liability of the User, even if the bicycle was used by a third party or if the bicycle was used for a period of time longer than the agreed duration of use.

Neither Bank nor the Affiliate/s shall be liable for any unauthorised transactions occurring through the Internet Banking and the User hereby fully indemnifies and holds Bank and the Affiliates harmless against any action, suit, proceeding initiated against it or any loss, cost or damage incurred by it as a result thereof. ii. Bank shall under no circumstance be held liable to the User if the Internet Banking is not available in the desired manner for reasons including but not limited to natural calamities, legal restraints, faults in the telecommunication network or network failure, or any other reason beyond the control of Bank. iii. Under no circumstances shall Bank be liable for any damages whatsoever whether such damages are direct, indirect, incidental consequential and irrespective of whether any claim is based on loss of revenue, interruption of business or any loss of any character or nature whatsoever and whether sustained by the User or by any other person. iv. Illegal or improper use of the Internet Banking shall render the User liable for payment of financial charges as decided by Bank or will result in suspension/termination of the Internet Banking services extended to such User/s. The aforesaid does not limit Bank’s right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such customers.

Liability of the User. The User assumes exclusive and direct liability for any damage and/or detrimental consequences resulting from the violation of the obligations assumed under the Rental Agreement.

Liability of the User. The Customer/Account holder shall have to affirm that I agree to access Mobile Banking using my Registered Mobile Number and all transactions originated from the Registered Mobile Number irrespective of whether the transactions were initiated by me or not shall be deemed to have originated from me. I shall be liable for all loss from unauthorized transactions in my accounts, if I have breached the Terms and conditions and not followed the instructions issued by the Bank and facilitated or caused the loss to self / Bank by negligent actions. The user will have to inform the Bank in case of unauthorized access to or erroneous transactions in the Mobile Banking accounts. The user has to inform the Bank immediately on change i n Mobile/ Mobile Phone number/ SIM Card. I indemnify the Bank for all losses which may arise due to misuse or loss of my Mobile Phone or misuse of Passwords. The Bank will not be held responsible for any loss that I may suffer in thesecircumstances.
