Licence Keys Sample Clauses

The 'Licence Keys' clause defines the terms under which software licence keys are provided to the licensee, enabling access to and use of the licensed software. Typically, this clause outlines how and when licence keys will be delivered, any restrictions on their use, and the licensee's obligations to protect the keys from unauthorized disclosure or duplication. Its core practical function is to ensure that only authorized users can activate and use the software, thereby protecting the licensor's intellectual property and controlling software distribution.
