Common use of Lunch and Rest Periods Clause in Contracts

Lunch and Rest Periods. 15.01 There shall be one (1) paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each half shift worked (five (5) hours) no later than two and one half (2½) hours from the commencement of each half shift. 15.02 There shall be one half (½) hour unpaid lunch period permitted daily no later than five (5) hours from the commencement of work.
