Common use of Maintenance Allowance Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Allowance. Effective July 1, of each year this contract is in effect, each officer in active duty as of that date shall be entitled to an annual clothing maintenance allowance of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,100)

Maintenance Allowance. A. Effective July 1, of each year this contract is in effect2015, and annually thereafter, each officer in active duty as of that date July 1 each year shall be entitled to an annual clothing maintenance allowance of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,100)600 and each plainclothes officer in active duty as of July 1 of each year shall receive an annual clothing allowance of $500. Payments made in accordance with this Section shall be received no later than October 1 of each fiscal year.

Maintenance Allowance. A. Effective July 1, of each year this contract is in effect, each officer in active duty as of that date shall be entitled to an annual clothing maintenance allowance of ONE THOUSAND ONE SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,100600.00). In addition, effective July 1, of each year of this contract, each plainclothes officer in active duty as of that date shall be entitled to an annual clothing allowance of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00). Payments made in accordance with this Section shall be received no later than October 1 of each fiscal year.
