Management and organization. 25 Does the community health program have a decentralized management system? If so, what are the levels (state government, local government, etc.)? Yes. The Community-based Health Worker program is managed by the District Health Management team (DHMT) under the leadership of the District Medical Officer of Health. The Government is transitioning to a new management structure. This transition is still ongoing; some areas use the old structure, and some are using the new structure. The structure under the new system is: National, County, and Sub County. The previous structure included: National, Provincial, and District.

The Czech Geological Survey and Aquatest a. s. have a long-term tradition of working in Ethiopia since 2010 and 2001 respectively through projects in the fields of natural resource management, education, water, development of agriculture and land protection. Cooperation with the partner institution of the Project is necessary for its successful implementation; this is provided by mutual communication, inspection of task fulfilment and effective use of finances. The works within the Project will be managed by two subjects simultaneously – the leader of the Project nominated by the CGS and the counterpart nominated by the GSE where they will be designated as editors. In total, 18 experts, all with strong and deep experience in the particular terrain, will participate on the Project and act as co-authors of the map. Additional studies and expertise needed from outside of the main authors will be outsourced through individual contracts with the specific objective such as geophysical interpretation, remote sensing interpretation and digital cartographic development. Subject to the approval of the Shareholders or Board of Directors where required by this Agreement, the Articles of Incorporation or applicable law, the overall management and control of the day-to-day business and affairs of the JVC in the ordinary course of the JVC’s business shall be vested in the Representative Director of the JVC, who shall have the sole right and authority to make decisions and take actions on behalf of the JVC in the ordinary course of the JVC’s day-to-day business and for proper JVC purposes, and in each case only as long as (i) such decisions made and actions taken are within the scope and limits of the JVC’s business scope and the then current business plan, and (ii) the Representative Director of the JVC acts in good faith and in a manner he/she reasonably believes to be in or not opposed to the best interests of the JVC.
