Mandatory Days. Two (2) District directed days in August. The fourteen (14) District directed work hours may be split over three (3) days, sharing with the building directed day.
Mandatory Days. Faculty’s attendance is required on six (6) days, subject to terms of this contract governing faculty absence. These six (6) days are: two (2) convocation days, two (2) campus days, one (1) faculty colloquium day and one (1) commencement day. Each full-time faculty member must provide a full day of professional service on the mandatory contract days.
Mandatory Days. 3.1.1 Two (2) district directed days on Monday, August 24 and Tuesday, August 25. 3.1.2 One (1) building directed day on Wednesday, August 26. 3.1.3 One (1) teacher directed day on Thursday, August 27 to be used for planning and preparation on which other staff responsibilities will not be scheduled. 3.1.4 One (1) day on Monday, October 12 consisting of six (6) hours of professional development, one (1) hour of teacher directed planning time, and a thirty (30) minute duty-free lunch.
Mandatory Days. 13 If the department schedules additional Mandatory Duty Days beyond the days 14 already observed (Fall Opening, Homecoming Weekend, University 15 Commencement, Slope Day), employees who do not otherwise receive 16 overtime shall accrue one half (1/2) hour of compensatory time, up to a 17 maximum of four (4) hours for each hour worked. Such time shall be banked 18 and may be scheduled in keeping with other general work orders. This 19 provision shall not apply to emergency details. NOTE: Switching Homecoming 20 for Dragon Day.
Mandatory Days. Pay for additional time beyond the base contract and normal workday will be granted. All employees (full-time and part-time) will be required to work three full Mandatory Days and will receive full pay for these days. Supplemental work days will be scheduled for attendance at building or district directed in-service/staff development activities tied to the School Improvement Plan.   • Pay Days The Employer shall pay salaries and wages every second Thursday in accordance with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day each employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his wages, overtime and other supplementary pay and deductions. The employee's hourly rate is to be placed on the cheque stub.

  • Business Days If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday in the state in which the Company’s chief executive office is located, the time period shall be automatically extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or holiday.

  • Banking Days Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, a banking day is a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or other day on which commercial banks are authorized to close, or are in fact closed, in the state where the Bank’s lending office is located, and, if such day relates to amounts bearing interest at an offshore rate (if any), means any such day on which dealings in dollar deposits are conducted among banks in the offshore dollar interbank market. All payments and disbursements which would be due on a day which is not a banking day will be due on the next banking day. All payments received on a day which is not a banking day will be applied to the credit on the next banking day.

  • Lieu Days Where an employee is granted a lieu day pursuant to Clause 17.3 or 17.4 of this Agreement, the time off granted will be seven (7) hours per lieu day for a full-time employee and prorated for a part-time employee.

  • Days Unless specified otherwise, any period of days mandated under a Note or this Revenue Sharing Agreement shall be determined by reference to calendar days, not business days, except that any payments, notices, or other performance falling due on a Saturday, Sunday, or federal government holiday shall be considered timely if paid, given, or performed on the next succeeding business day.
