The Manual Submittals clause outlines the requirements and procedures for submitting physical or hard-copy documents, plans, or samples for review and approval during a project. Manual Submittals. Submittals shall include two (2) copies of each manual, one of which will be returned to the Contractor marked to show the required corrections or approval. When approved, the Contractor shall deliver ten (10) copies to RMWD unless otherwise specified.
Manual Submittals. A. Initial Manual Submittal: 1. Submit one (1) draft copy of each manual at least thirty (30) days before commencing demonstration and training. Draft copy may be in electronic PDF format. Hard copies may be required upon request. 2. Owner and/or Architect and Commissioning Authority will review and comment on general scope, content and completeness of each manual. The Commissioning Authority may be a 3rd Party, hired by Owner, or a member of Owner’s staff. 3. For any design-build elements, Contractor’s designers shall review these submittals. B. Final Manual Submittal 1. Correct or revise each manual to comply with Owner, Architect’s, Commissioning Authority’s and Contractor’s designers’ (if any) comments. 2. Submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy in PDF via CD or other storage device of each manual in final form to Owner prior to requesting inspection for Substantial Completion and at least 15 days before commencing demonstration and training. All submittals shall be reviewed and approved by Owner, Architect or Commissioning Authority. 3. Once approved, the final manuals shall be delivered to Owner. 4. Scheduling of Demonstration and Training cannot be done until the Final Operation and Maintenance data is submitted and approved.
Manual Submittals. Unless otherwise specified, each submittal shall be submitted electronically and returned in same format.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS 7.3.1. Contractor shall obtain a license for the State to utilize Submittal Exchange for the purposes of this project. The State and its representatives will have full control of the use of Submittal Exchange by authorized users of the State.

  • Submittals Submittals required by the Contract Documents shall be prepared specifically for the Work by the Contractor to illustrate some portion of the Work. Submittals are not Contract Documents.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Electronic Submissions” shall only include the transmission of documents by email. Concessionaire shall comply with the following terms and conditions: A. Concessionaire shall electronically submit all reports, including, but not limited to, Monthly Reports and Annual Reports as described in Paragraphs 12 and 13, by email to: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to submit reports electronically shall be a material breach of this Agreement, subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. B. Concessionaire shall maintain and monitor on a daily basis an active email address, designated for this Agreement and report any change to the email address during any Term of this Agreement. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to maintain and monitor the active email address, designated for this Agreement, shall be a material breach of this Agreement, subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10.

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.
