Memorandum of Agreements. Transfer of the full-time to Sick Leave and ONTARIO PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNION, LOCAL (HEREIN REFERRED TO AS THE "UNION") This letter is to confirm the parties' agreement in that the effective date for eligible employees to be transferred to the sick leave and long term disability and the health and welfare benefit plans per the Collective Agreement, will be the first day of the month no later than three (3) months after the date of ratification by both parties. It will be understood that an employee receiving short term or long term benefits in an existing sick leave plan will remain on same until said employee is eligible to be transferred. work one (1) full day).
