The Milestone Reports clause requires one party, typically a contractor or service provider, to submit detailed progress reports at specified stages of a project. These reports usually outline the work completed, any challenges encountered, and the status of deliverables relative to agreed-upon milestones. By mandating regular updates, this clause ensures transparency, enables effective project monitoring, and helps both parties address issues promptly to keep the project on track.
MILESTONE REPORTS. The Performer shall submit or otherwise provide to the DARPA AOR, DARPA PM, and DARPA AO, and digitally upload into the DARPA Vault tool, documentation describing the extent of accomplishment of Payable Milestones. This information shall be as required by Article V, Paragraph B and shall be sufficient for the DARPA AOR to reasonably verify the accomplishment of the milestone of the event in accordance with the TDD.

This information shall be as required by Article V, Subparagraph B.2 and shall be sufficient for the DARPA AOR to reasonably verify the accomplishment of the milestone in accordance with the TDD.

MILESTONE REPORTS. Electronic Submission: The contractor shall access the DARPA Portal (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) and electronically submit all required reports and reporting information/contents following the appropriate requirements.
MILESTONE REPORTS. (a) The Research Organisation must submit a Milestone Report to GRDC in relation to each Milestone:
(i) by the relevant due date specified in Item 21 of Schedule 1; and
(ii) unless otherwise notified by GRDC, via the GRDC Portal. The Research Organisation must notify GRDC immediately if there are any technical issues or otherwise that would prevent the submission of a Milestone Report via the GRDC Portal.
(b) If the Milestone Report contains Confidential Information the Research Organisation must mark the Milestone Report accordingly on its cover and at those parts of the Milestone Report which may reasonably be viewed as containing Confidential Information.
MILESTONE REPORTS. (a) The Recipient must provide Milestone reports as required by the Activity Proposal.
(b) Each Milestone report must include:
(i) the name of the Recipient and all Subcontractors (including Grantees);
(ii) a contact name, telephone number and email address;
(iii) the Activity title and number;
(iv) the individua l Milestone and period to which the report relates;
(v) a Budget update (including cost to completion);
(vi) a statement of the Funds provided or spent;
(vii) the amount remaining in the account referred to in Clause 6.3 (Bank Account);
(viii) a technical report of the Milestone activities, including:
(A) a description and analysis of the technical progress of the Activity;
(B) evidence that the activities within the Milestone have been achieved;
(C) any major issues or risks which have arisen in the course of achieving the Milestone and the effect they will have on the Activity and what will be done to address any ongoing issues or risks; and
(D) any proposed changes to the Activity; and
(ix) copies of any published reports, promotional material, media publicity, pamphlets or other documentation relevant to the Activity.
MILESTONE REPORTS. The AGENCY will prepare and submit to MDOT milestone reports ten (10) days after the end of each quarter in PTMS. Upon completion of the PROJECT deliverables, the AGENCY must submit to MDOT prior to the final PROJECT payment a comprehensive summary close-out report on the results of the PROJECT, the conclusions reached, and the methods used.
MILESTONE REPORTS. The Funding Recipient must submit a Milestone Report to GRDC in relation to each Milestone on or before the date identified in column 4 of the table below. Each Milestone Report must be provided in the manner designated in column 3 of the table below, or if no detail is specified in that column, in the manner nominated by GRDC from time to time. If a Milestone Report is not acceptable to GRDC, GRDC must notify the Funding Recipient in writing within 20 Business Days of receipt including reasons why. If a Milestone Report is acceptable to GRDC, and the Funding Recipient has submitted all other Reports required by this Agreement, GRDC must make payment of the Funding in accordance with clause 3.1 and paragraph 2 below.
