MODIFIED WORK DAY Sample Clauses

The Modified Work Day clause establishes the terms under which an employee's standard working hours may be altered from the usual schedule. This clause typically outlines the conditions for changing start and end times, compressing workweeks, or allowing flexible hours to accommodate personal needs or operational requirements. By clearly defining how and when work hours can be adjusted, it provides both the employer and employee with a structured process for managing non-traditional work schedules, thereby promoting flexibility while maintaining productivity and compliance with labor regulations.
