Monitor Activities. The GRANTEE is responsible for maintaining any documentation necessary to demonstrate that awards issued under this program complied with the Community Charitable Relief Program Emergency Rules and Regulations, and were used by the GRANTEE only for eligible expenditures under the rules until after the completion of any federal audit.
