Monitor Phase. The purpose of the monitor phase is to evaluate the Customers environment over some period of time to verify that the problem has been resolved. Both parties will co-ordinate monitoring activities and mutually agree to close the monitor phase when it is clear the problem is resolved.

Monitor Phase a. The evaluator shall observe probationary evaluatees at least four (4) times, and tenured teachers two times (2), reasonably spaced, during the school year and more frequently if deemed necessary by either party.
