The Monthly Project Reports clause requires the regular submission of detailed updates on the progress of a project, typically on a monthly basis. Monthly Project Reports. The Contractor shall be required to submit Monthly Project Reports, pertaining to the operation and maintenance of the ITS. Monthly reports shall be for the period including the first day of the month through the last day of the month. Such reports shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Monthly Project Reports. Contractor shall submit monthly project reports for the length of the contract period commencing upon final approval of the Contract. These reports will be due by the 20th day of each month. At a minimum, the reports will include: 1. Tonnage summaries of the individual and combined recycled materials collected in the City brought to the processing facility, and separate tonnage summaries of any individual recycled material collected in the City and brought directly to the vendor without going through the processing facility. In addition, total tonnage of all materials, from all jurisdictions served, brought to the processing facility must be provided, upon request, as well as the tonnage summaries of each individual recycled material from all jurisdictions removed from that processing facility. Further, the Contractor must provide, upon request, tonnage summaries of all such materials previously referred to, that are sold. 2. Material market prices. 3. Resident participation rates in terms of weekly or monthly set out counts with a description of the methods used to determine these rates. The method of determining participation shall be as agreed to between the parties. 4. Description of progress in meeting schedules, including any problems encountered and how they were resolved. 5. An estimate of the volume of material land filled due to contamination or nonacceptability.
Monthly Project Reports. The Contractor shall review progress not less than each month, but as often as necessary to properly manage the Project and stay on schedule. The Contractor shallcollect and preserve information on Change Orders, including extensions of time. The Contractor shall evaluate this information and update the latest accepted schedule as often as necessary to finish within the Contract Time for Completion or before the Contract Completion Date. The Contractor shall submit to the Owner along with its monthly request for payment a copy of the bar graph schedule annotated to show the current progress. For projects requiring a CPM schedule, the Contractor shall submit a monthly report of the status of all activities. The bar graph schedule or monthly status report submitted with each periodic request for payment shall show the Work completed to date in comparison with the Work scheduled for completion, including but not limited to the dates for the beginning and completion of the placing of orders; the manufacture, testing and installation of materials, supplies and equipment. The form shall be approved by the Owner; however, a bargraph or a CPM schedule marked, colored or annotated to reflect the above will usually satisfy this requirement. If any elements of the Work are behind schedule, regardless of whether they may prevent the Work from being completed on time, the Contractor must indicate in writing in the report what measures it is taking and plans to take to bring each such element back on schedule and to ensure that the Time for Completion or Contract Completion Date is not exceeded.
Monthly Project Reports. As soon as available, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after each month end, a monthly project status report in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

  • Project Reports The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Association not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Final Project Report The Grantee must submit Exhibit F, Final Project Report Form, prior to requesting final payment. The Final Project Report may be submitted in lieu of the final quarterly status report, only in instances where the next quarterly report falls after the project’s completion date.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Progress Report By March 1 of each year, ***** will submit a written annual report to Stanford covering the preceding calendar year. The report will include information sufficient to enable Stanford to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for Stanford to ascertain progress by ***** toward meeting this Agreement’s diligence requirements.
