NONDISCRIMINATION ASSURANCE Sample Clauses

The Nondiscrimination Assurance clause requires parties to commit to treating individuals and groups fairly, without bias based on protected characteristics such as race, gender, religion, or national origin. In practice, this means that services, benefits, or opportunities provided under the agreement must be accessible and offered equally to all eligible participants, and that discriminatory practices are expressly prohibited. This clause serves to promote equality, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and protect against claims of unfair treatment or exclusion.
