Normal Work Day and Work Week Configuration. a. Non-Exempt Employees - The normal work day/work week configuration for all employees covered by this Agreement shall consist of five (5) full shifts of eight and one-half (8½) hours each within each seven (7) calendar day period. Each full shift as defined herein shall include lunch and rest periods as provided for in Subd. 3 of this section. There shall be no split shifts.
