Notice of Interest. Each year, on or before March 1, the District will solicit interests from employees for assignments for the following year.
Notice of Interest. The Concessionaire acknowledges that the Grantor and the Provincial Entities may file a “notice of interest” under the Builders Lien Act (British Columbia) in the appropriate Land Title Office against all or any of the Project Lands for which the title of the Grantor and the Provincial Entities, as the case may be, has been raised in such Land Title Office.
Notice of Interest. (i) At any time during the Term of this Agreement ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the right to notify PFIZER of its interest in negotiating a Co-Promotion Agreement for a Product (such notice to be referred to hereinafter as a "Notice of Interest"). ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in a Notice of Interest shall identify the Product. (ii) Upon receipt of a Notice of Interest, a negotiation period (hereinafter, a "Negotiation Period") shall take place as described in Section 2.01(d)(iii). If no Co-Promotion Agreement is entered into regarding such Product during the Negotiation Period, ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have no further rights, and PFIZER shall have no further obligations, with respect to such Product under this Agreement, and PFIZER shall be free to enter into any Transaction or take any other action with respect to such Product as PFIZER may determine in its sole and absolute discretion.
(iii) The term of the Negotiation Period described in 2.01(d)(ii) shall begin as of the date of the Notice of Interest and end on the earliest of (x) the date a definitive Co-Promotion Agreement is entered into by the parties, (y) the date the Negotiation Period is terminated by the mutual agreement of the parties, or (z) sixty (60) days after ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ receipt of the Executive Summary for the applicable Product. During such Negotiation Period, the parties shall negotiate in good faith regarding the entering into of a Co-Promotion Agreement.

The Issuer will confirm with the Trustee the amount payable on each Global Security on such Interest Payment Date. DTC will confirm the amount payable on each Global Security on such Interest Payment Date by reference to the daily or weekly bond reports published by Standard & Poor's Corporation. The Issuer will pay to the Trustee the total amount of interest due on such Interest Payment Date (other than at maturity), and the Trustee will pay such amount to DTC at the times and in the manner set forth below under "Manner of Payment". If any Interest Payment Date for a Book-Entry Note is not a Business Day, the payment due on such day shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day and no interest shall accrue on such payment for the period from and after such Interest Payment Date.

At the time of such notification, the teacher shall state his or her qualifications and certification status for the position or positions desired. Ranking The Contingent Capital Notes will constitute direct, unsecured and subordinated obligations of the Issuer, ranking pari passu without any preference among themselves. The rights and claims of the holders and beneficial owners in respect of, or arising from, the Contingent Capital Notes (including any damages, if payable) will be subordinated to the claims of Senior Creditors. If: (1) an order is made, or an effective resolution is passed, for the winding up of the Issuer (excluding in any such case a solvent winding-up solely for the purpose of a reconstruction, amalgamation, reorganization, merger or consolidation of the Issuer, or the substitution in place of the Issuer of a successor in business of the Issuer, the terms of which have previously been approved by the Trustee or in writing by holders of not less than 2/3 (two thirds) in aggregate principal amount of the Contingent Capital Notes); or (2) an administrator of the Issuer is appointed and such administrator gives notice that it intends to declare and distribute a dividend (each, respectively, or together, a “Winding-up or Administration Event”), then (a) if any such events specified in (1) or (2) above occur before the date on which a Conversion Trigger Event occurs, there shall be payable by the Issuer in respect of each Contingent Capital Note (in lieu of any other payment by the Issuer) such amount, if any, as would have been payable to a holder or beneficial owner of Contingent Capital Notes if, on the day prior to the commencement of the winding-up of the Issuer or the notice by the administrator and thereafter, such holder or beneficial owner o...
