Curriculum and Program Clause Samples

The 'Curriculum and Program' clause defines the scope and content of educational offerings provided under an agreement. It typically outlines the specific courses, modules, or training components to be delivered, as well as any standards or requirements the curriculum must meet. For example, it may specify the subjects covered, the duration of the program, and the qualifications of instructors. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the educational services to be provided, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding program content and delivery.
