NOTIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION. Fraternity and Sorority Life, as defined herein, will send notices related to this Agreement to the Resident’s NC State email account or, if no such email address is provided, at the email address provided on the Resident’s Housing Application, as defined herein. Because this Agreement is between the Resident and the House Corporation, information relating to the assignment, including, but not limited to, physical location of the assignment, roommate information, the room change process, or housing appeal, will only be discussed with the Resident, NC State staff, the House Corporation, and the entity holding the Lease (if other than the House Corporation), unless a parental waiver is completed. All housing assignments shall be posted on the Resident’s MyPack Portal account. The housing assignment posted on MyPack Portal supersedes any housing assignment communicated via email, over the phone, or by any representative of NC State, Fraternity and Sorority Life, the House Corporation or the GRK Organization, and shall be conclusive and binding for all intents and purposes.

NOTIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION. 9.3.1 Unless this Agreement states otherwise, any notification or any other formal communication between the Parties relating to this Agreement must be: 9.3.1.1 executed in writing and in both English and Slovak Language; and 9.3.1.2 sent or delivered in person, by mail (through registered post) or by courier to the addresses of the Parties mentioned in this Agreement above; or 9.3.1.3 to such other address, of which the Parties notify each other in accordance with paragraph 9.3.1 above. 9.3.2 Any notice or any other formal communication is, for purposes of this Agreement, considered as duly delivered on the date of delivery to the relevant Contracting Party, in case the shipment was delivered in person, by mail or courier service (through registered post) or if the recipient refuses the consignment, on the day of rejection of the consignment.

If Fraternity and Sorority Life does not have a NC State email address for the resident, Fraternity and Sorority Life will use the email address provided on the resident’s Housing Application. Because this Agreement is between the resident and NC State, information related to the assignment, including but not limited to physical location of assignment, roommate information, the room change process, or housing appeal, will only be discussed with the resident unless a parental waiver is completed for students under the age of 18. All housing assignments are posted in the resident’s MyPack Portal account. The assignment posted in MyPack Portal supersedes any assignment(s) communicated via email, over the phone, or otherwise by any representative of NC State. Fraternity and Sorority Life shall not be held responsible for not communicating an assignment to the resident outside of MyPack Portal.

Because this Agreement is between the Resident and NC State, information relating to the assignment, including but not limited to physical location of assignment, roommate information, the room change process, or housing appeal, will only be discussed with the Resident and GRK organization holding the Lease, unless a parental waiver is completed. All housing assignments are posted on the Resident’s MyPack Portal account. The housing assignment posted on MyPack Portal supersedes any housing assignment(s) communicated via email, over the phone, or by any representative of NC State, Campus Life or Fraternity and Sorority Life.

NOTIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION. The courier will communicate delivery issues via email contact (individual or list serv). The libraries will use the courier service list-serve to address delivery issues, missing items and courier concerns. Repeated service issues will be documented and provided to the Butte-Silver Bow Public Library who will act as contact representative to the courier. Individual library issues can be addressed to the driver or the service manager at the courier's Butte office (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) 406-782-4340 and for billing issues(▇▇▇▇▇) in the Billings office ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇.

NOTIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION. The parties hereby agree that for any notification or communication, including notices, summons or requests, the following addresses will be considered valid: - For the Client: the one stated on the Purchase Order. - For InCom: as stated on the footnote of the present document. Any changes in the address of any of the parties during the duration of the present contract must be notified in written within seven days from the date in which the address is changed.

NOTIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION. You consent to receive all communications sent by PDAX through the PDAX Platform, mail, email, short messaging service (SMS), instant messaging, official PDAX social media accounts, websites, in-app push notifications, or any other forms of communication, which shall be deemed to have been fully delivered to you upon sending or posting. PDAX reserves the right to elect the most appropriate and effective way of communicating with you. You understand and agree that PDAX can send notifications, statements, and/or other matters to your last known mailing or electronic mail address on record. PDAX may also communicate with you through SMS to the last known mobile phone number appearing on our records. You understand and agree that you shall be deemed to have received any communication or information PDAX sends or communicates to you, regardless whether: (i) you do not receive it because your contact information on file is incorrect or not updated; (ii) the communication is blocked or flagged due to causes outside of the control or those not attributable to PDAX, such as when flagged as spam by your service provider; (iii) you opt out of receiving electronic communications from the Company; or (iv) you are otherwise unable to receive electronic communications. It is your sole responsibility to keep your contact information with PDAX up to date. Your contact information on record is presumed current and updated until you change them. If you signed up for a PDAX Account through a Partner Platform, you consent to receive all communications sent by PDAX through the Partner Platform, or through the contact information you have provided to the relevant Partner. All communications to PDAX required or permitted under these Terms and Conditions may be coursed through the Partner through whose Partner Platform your PDAX Account was created. You can modify or remove your permissions granted to a Partner by contacting the Partner’s Help Center.

NOTIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION. ▪ Clients will be notified as soon as practicable if their trades are subject to cancellation or adjustment under these conditions. The Company will provide a rationale for such actions based on the prevailing market conditions and the nature of the errors or issues encountered.
